Well … gotta say not a place that made us feel welcomed at all. Had two couples staying at separate rooms. Invited our other two friends staying at the hotel next door and they were honestly treated like criminals! Questioned …. No not really but rather interrogated at the reception. Denied access and we had to bring them in. Criminals in their eyes. Dined drinks on the rooftop because they did not have a room card. Asked to go back to the reception and request one , later denied and asked to leave the premises. Honestly not worth the hassle. Will be informing all our friends in Dusseldorf, Frankfurt and Munich to reconsider their future stay.

My recent stay at Robinson exceeded all expectations, leaving me thoroughly impressed. The hotel's prime location, combined with its elegant décor, created an inviting atmosphere. Any request or inquiry was met with a swift and accommodating response, showcasing a dedication to providing an outstanding guest experience. It's clear that Edwin has instilled a culture of excellence throughout the hotel. I look forward to returning and experiencing the exceptional service once again.

The hotel is at the highest possible level. The food is great, the rooms are beautiful and clean, the activities are never ending and the tennis school Soysal is offering a great service. For. Sure I will be back!

We have been in Robinson Jandia Playa 14 days. The club was renovated in 2018 and has a good mixture between party, relaxing and sports activities direct at the beach. If you want a silent area, you will get it, too. We liked the water activities, without fee (for courses you have to pay. Tennis is free, too. The rooms are nice and clean. The food is not high cuisine but very good. We will come back.

Always a top experience: great and complex sports programme, amazing views from the rooftop-bar, the kingdom of parties and fun. To this I would add the white sandy beach and the crystal waters of the ocean in all shades of blue and the perfect holiday is created.
