住了幾次這個品牌，覺得可信賴度高，綜合評價不錯。今天的房間乾淨，床舒服好睡，但是浴室裡的水龍頭有點問題，操控不易，應該要更換了！

Walked across the parking lot for an exceptional dinner (no joke) at the Cracker Barrel, very convenient to the highway as well.

We had a quick overnight stay on our drive to the southern US. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable.

Was good. Desk attendants were nice. Room was nice and big bed was comfortable.
My recommendations - bathroom could have been more clean.
Pillows are horrible!! They are small and uncomfortable.

The young lady who checked us in was the friendliest person I have met at a hotel in a while. It was almost midnight, she had a big line of people checking in and she was energetic and smiling at everyone! Good job staffing your desk!

The hotel is so clean! It smells so fresh right when you walk in. It’s so quiet and peaceful! Their jacuzzi in the Queen room is heaven!

We stayed for three nights and four days. Enjoyed my room. A few minor things but nothing to complain about. The staff was very nice and the staff for breakfast kept everything stocked. We will be staying again when we are back in the area for Christmas.

All of your staff was polite. My room had several issues.The bed in the couch and the ironing board was broken and there was something in the freezer that looked like mold. I would have requested another room but we didn’t know the bed was broken until after we’d unpacked.
