We where book in for 4 nights, but when we where booked in, we got caught in Floods in NSW and we could not get there, we contacted the owner, only to be told No Refund at all so we lost $450. I know tree are cancelation rules, but to loose all our money when not our fault is disgusting, especially when they have re let the room total greed, I let them know a week before, ok loose first day, We have stayed before and found the owner very good, but just be informed only if no problems occur, Disgusting business practice. Enjoy your bonus, we will never stay and hope this review keeps others away.
