Staff were amazing, very helpful,welcoming, polite and super friendly. We couldn’t have asked for more. Location was fantastic, in the centre of town so very easy to get from place to place. I have to say that whilst it was very clean, the room was extremely basic. Bathroom was very dated, circa 1970’s. We paid around £350 for 1 night which at nearly the height of the season, with a last minute booking and with that kind of location is doable. I would probably stay again for the positives already mentioned but this place has so much more potential with a little TLC

- [x] Well actually this isn’t a hotel. After 2 nights we requested to replace the towels in our room. The rude guy at the reception replied they don’t replace towels. We were supposed to use our towels 5 days. Should I continue? No wifi connection in our room, no electricity at the bed, smelly toilet , outdated bath room ……

We arrived in Morzine for a summer cycling break as part of our tour and wasn’t sure if we had the right location when we were greeted by Alex the manager who was beyond helpful and informative on the hotel . His colleague who had extensive knowledge of the mtb routes gave us great advice on routes both sides of the resort- which was a great help. 10/10 Despite the hotel being slightly tired the rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast was plentiful. The Apres here is amazing , great vibe and location , reasonable drink prices SND good service from the staff 10/10 Altogether all the staff made our visit very enjoyable and enabled us to make the most of our short visit through their dedication to their jobs . We will definitely return after their revamp next year !

Great location at the bottom of the ski slope next to the cable car station. Really good a**osphere and music. Perfect for a few beers after a day on the slopes. On Friday and Saturday there is a DJ playing a great selection of music. I did not want to leave!

Lovely hotel , perfect location. It is in need of an update , but I think that’s in hand. Wonderful breakfast selection . Hotel staff where so lovely and friendly . What a shame it’s let down by waiting staff in the outdoor area , rude, arrogant , totally unnecessary and awkward . Totally ruined the vibe for us on numerous occasions. Wouldn’t return and couldn’t recommend this hotel even with its upgrade . Wouldn’t be my choice of waiter in any of my establishments, customer service isn’t his thing !

Stayed 4 nights with ski group. Rooms are relatively small for the price, plus furnishings very dated as previously mentioned. Breakfast fine, didn’t eat other meals there. Good apres ski although the staff, as already mentioned, are rude and unwelcoming. General a**osphere of dislike towards paying guests, which was weird. Also special mention that no night staff so entire hotel woken at 3am one night when some drunk unable to get in to hotel. So overall for the price of about £300 per room per night, would look elsewhere

We were at Le Tremplin over Chris**as 2022 and despite the lack of snow, we still had a great time. Every member of staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. The owners laid on champagne and canapés on Chris**as Eve which was a lovely touch. The apres ski bar is popular and lively but there’s also a quiet lounge for a drink/board games if it’s not your thing. Rooms were clean and comfortable and perfectly adequate for a skiing break. Location on the slopes is great if there’s snow! We either walked to the Super Morzine lift or took the bus to Les Prodains to get over to Avoriaz this time! Would definitely go back.

This hotel was perfectly placed for access to the slopes for those that ski but was lacking in the outdated bedroom and inefficient heating in the room. The staff were very obliging and the breakfast was very good with a choice of hot food and excellent muesli, pancakes plus a whole honeycomb

There is no better location in Morzine and it’s THE apres spot to go to straight from the slopes. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable enough. Breakfast is good - dinning Room has a bit of a refectory feel and it’s all self Sevice but plenty of options for all. Strongly recommend a Mountain View. We had a great short break here and will be back.
