Ok, so the hotel could benefit from a little bit of TLC in some areas but I am still giving it 5* based on incredible value for money. The owner was super hospitable and happy to offer any help she could. We had room 18 on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. Room was spacious, clean, with a double and single bed. Breakfast was good and available from 8am. Ample parking outside. Sizable ski/boot room that could be accessed from outside. For those that don't know Morzine, the location is fantastic too. Only a few minutes walk from everything. Ski bus stop was just a few minutes walk if you wanted to head straight to Avoriaz Prodains gondola. Would happily stay here agin.

Giving Bonne Valette 4 stars out of 5 is perhaps generous as it is a somewhat ‘basic’ hotel in need of a bit of TLC. That said we have stayed there several times and would be happy to use it again, especially if budget is an issue. It is a little quirky but has a certain charm about it and it main benefit is it’s central location in Morzine. If you’re after luxury or fine food then look elsewhere but otherwise if a simple and affordable stay is your priority then it’s a good option.

Great location, nice large rooms, friendly host and made very welcome. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Although the hotel is old and slightly tired, it is clean and tidy. The breakfast was lovely and so much choice. The bar was well stocked and nothing was too much trouble. Good car parking and safe and secure

I stayed here with friends for a recent ski trip. It was great value, clean, tidy and perfect for what we needed. Comfortable bed and a good shower. Good breakfast and nice people. Good location too as in close proximity to the bars and restaurants in the heart of the resort as well as the slopes.

Un bon petit hôtel avec des prix bas pour Morzine chambre solo ou + télévision, WIFI, piscine plutôt por enfants....petit déjeuner -Buffet très copieux...ambiance chaleureuse....parking....chambres confortables ...proche du centre ville

De passage sur Morzine nous avions réservé une chambre pour trois personnes à 130 € la nuit (petits déjeuner non compris). Hôtel vétuste, aussi bien dans les parties communes que la chambre elle-même . Pas d'ascenseur (3eme etage). Chambre mansardée sous le toit. Mauvaise isolation thermique et balcon de la chambre communicant directement sans séparation avec la chambre d'à côté ne permettant pas de maintenir les volets ouverts la nuit pour se rafraîchir, d'autant que le voisin avait poussé l'étendoir devant nos volets. L'accueil est en effet agréable et conforme aux autres avis. Le petit-déjeuner quant à lui est très correct. En conclusion très mauvais rapport qualité-prix.

Sono stato in questo hotel per partecipare ad una spartan race ,ho preso una camera singola per 2 notti . La struttura è un po' vecchiotta ma per il prezzo andava bene ,nella camera c'era tutto quello che serviva e l' Hotel è vicinissimo al centro quindi in ottima posizione. Personale gentile e accogliente

Super séjour dans cet hôtel familial où l'accueil est au top. En effet, Laetitia, la responsable, est super sympa et s adapte aux besoins de chacun ! Les repas sont excellents, très copieux et raffinés ! Félicitations.. Merci à toute l'équipe !

Prédio do tipo "chocolate box" em uma cidade fofa! Muito perto do centro, do Pleney lift e de muitas lojas e restaurantes, apenas uma curta caminhada de 2-3 quadras. Os aposentos internos são simples, especialmente quarto e banheiro, e precisariam de uma renovação, pois os móveis estão velhos e sofridos, mas são confortáveis e limpos, e o preço justo, portanto, o resultado é positivo. Ficamos em dois quartos conjugados no último andar, que tinham uma vista linda (ver foto) Atendimento simpático, parecendo ser um hotel familiar, atendido pelos donos.
