Definitely will stay here again next time in town. Rooms and lobby nicely updated and clean. Wonderfully comfortable bedding and pillows. Attentive and responsive management. On a suggestion card in the room, I mentioned that an adjustable shower head and having shampoo/conditioner mounted in the shower would be nice. When I stayed there again the following week, both things had been installed.
The only negative is the location of being on a busy road on one side, and facing an alley on the other. However being a block from the center of town is great.

Water pressure in shower was terrible. Rooms are very small for the money. Better off stay at the best Western up the road.

When stay in Moscow, I always choose to stay at the Monarch Hotel because of the ease of check in. No need to go to the lobby! I usually stay at the Monarch at least 6 times a year. It’s always comfortable and clean. I like that we get ear plugs to keep the noise from the highway down!

This little place was in the perfect location! We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Staff was awesome, too. Smaller room than I hoped for, but the location couldn't have been better. Cute style, too.

Was not sure what to expect when I made the reservation, but the pictures on the website made it look pretty nice. I was more than pleasantly surprised. Yes, this is an older building, but the rooms have been very tastefully redone. Cleanliness was excellent. Newly remodeled bathrooms sparkled and I loved the above counter sink. Wood floors were clean and beautiful and nice quality bedding. And the price was the best in town.

We were in town for a football game. We just wanted a place to sleep. What a found was an extremely friendly front desk staff. The room was clean and had the basics we needed. After checking in the motel sent a text with information on contacting them any time. When I checked out very early, I let them know and they responded within an hour. We will definitely stay again.
