I really enjoy my stay . The staff just want to help. They make the time you spend there incredible . I will book there on first choice always .

We loved every minute at this prestige hotel. Our suite was well equipped and the view was great! The proximity to the promenade and restaurants made it a plus!! Will definitely be back.

Professional, accommodating, friendly office and cleaning staff. Spacious, very clean, comfortable room. Hotel continuously upgraded and improved. Not much affected by loadshedding. Great sea views. Close to restaurants and recreation facilities. Walking-distance to shops and coffee shops. Peaceful a**osphere.

Point hotel is perfectly situated for a relaxing break. Park your car and walk easily walk to the beach, restaurant's and shops. Staff are incredibly friendly and professional. I'll definitely be back.

Thanks point village for a super weekend getaway, was absolutely brilliant. Beautiful views of the sea and everything we needed in the apar**ent. Staff was helpful and friendly and so much to do and see in mossel bay.

The house was big and comfortable with an amazing sea view but to have an hairdryer I had to wait for long time, my friends didn’t have the hairdryer… they are still waiting! Furthermore they are not gentle and helpful.

This was an amazing holiday. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to restaurants and shops. Very safe for morning walks and trials. We will definitely book again. Thanks for your polite and excellent service.

i enjoyed the place.easy access to all amenities.Restuarants was awesum,good food all round.Beach views was fantastic.Room was clean and spacious.You need to check the fridge in room 5,was leaking water.

No air conditioner no porter rude receptionist, electricity kept on tripping,parked on pavement because receptionist said was fine. Got 300 fine. The owner said he would pay but reneged on it. This is not the place to visit. I would never go there again.
