Motutere Bay Top 10 Holiday Park

非常吵，在大路邊，晚上大貨車一直不斷。注意，沒有獨立衞生間，衹有公共衞生間和浴室。是個房車營地，算不上旅館。

Relaxed atmosphere, basics included, clean and cozy. Stayed at 2 bedroom cabin / apartment. Good size for 2. Includes all your basics in the kitchen and the bathroom. Lovely hot shower with good pressure. They have heaters and even electric blankets

We stayed right on the lakefront with a million dollar view, the facilities were excellent. The only issue with the park is the proximity to the highway and vehicle noise which is unavoidable really. The park iteslf is top notch

We had an amazing time here. 20min out of taupo. Middle of school holidays and it was perfectly balance of holidayers. It was not crowded or chaotic. We literally walked to the few steps to the lake to watch the sunrise and sunset every day. The park has an awesome large rec room for kids and adults. Free pool table, table tennis and football table. Such a bonus. Also a toys corner for the kids. They have a TV and bar area. Lots of seating and space. It is a huge park but has access to toilets and bathrooms throughout the park. Great for kids with bikes. Extremely clean grounds and rooms. Communal areas always immaculate. Staff were helpful and friendly everytime. Very safe. Our kids are young and roamed the site daily with us and we always felt safe. Cars always drove slowly. Even other campers were nice and polite. No trouble. We will be back. Love the chill on the lake away from the hustle and bustle. There was a playground and 2 trampolines for the kids. Volleyball net as well. No pool, but being right on the lake was the better option. Everything is only 15/20 mins away and that suites us perfectly. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Very large park with awesome views of Lake Taupo. Our caravan site was a bit gravelly but we just used 2 awning mats. Awesome staff that went the extra mile to help, and very clean amenities. 25 minutes out of Taupo town. Well worth a visit.

Top ten one of the best camping experiences for anyone Taupo is always a magical and beautiful place to visit plenty to explore and enjoy plentiful eating,establishments and easy driving to nearby towns

Stopped over for one night and had a lakeside pitch. Beautiful picnic location and swim spot. Close to traffic but easy to ignore! Drove into Taupo for dinner, where there is a good choice of restaurants.

From the moment we booked our stay, I made it clear to the staff that we intended to have lunch on-site before driving back home to Tauranga, especially since the website indicated a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Upon discussing this concern, the staff assured us that it was permissible, even offering to extend our stay until the afternoon since we were located by the lakefront and the 11:00 AM check-out time only applied to permanent cabins. However, due to rain around 11:00 AM, we decided to utilize the kitchen facilities to reheat some food for the kids and baby in our group, ensuring they wouldn't go hungry on our trip home. Just as we were almost finished cooking, the staff informed us that we needed to vacate the premises within 15 minutes. They cited their cleaning schedule and the need for standard procedures, despite our willingness to clean up after ourselves. Unfortunately, our request for an extension was not accommodated.

Great stay at this camp. Friendly and helpful staff, no complaints. The Delux cabin we stayed in was well supplied, and beds were comfortable. Good little bush walk close by, being an hour return trip.
