My bff and I stayed in #5 w/ 2 queen beds. The room and bathrrom were perfect for us. I could possibly see an issue if you were a large person in the bathroom. We found the beds to be crazy comfy and the room very clean. We were able to walk to all the downtown shops and having a parking spot at the inn was a plus. Only drawback was no full length mirror. Ill definitely recommend this place.

This is the cutest Inn we've stayed in. Rooms were so clean and everything you need. It was like a cute apartment and walking distance to everything in Mt. Dora.

We booked at the last minute and received a welcome call from our hosts immediately. Cute little guest house. Our room had twin beds that were amazingly comfortable. Great location close to town center!

We've stayed at the Heirloom Inn twice now.
This lovely old renovated home is perfect.
It's like having your own apartment...full kitchen...comfy beds, and in some rooms a living room/sitting area.
Everything is in walking distance...which is great because once you park at the property, there is no need to use your car.
Checking in is very easy with keyless entry.
Call direct or look for deals online.

The location was perfect and walkable for shopping and dining. The Inn was clean, very cozy, and comfortable.
Beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom was pretty and had plenty of soap. Outside had a lovely sitting area for happy hour or morning coffee. Owners are very pleasant and were attentive to our needs, great communication and quick response to our text messages. Would absolutely recommend this Inn and would definitely stay here again.
