第一次住一個酒店半夜2:30遇到有人一直敲門，跟前台投訴之後半小時才上來人管，很無語，不會再住了。

Staff was very polite and helpful, breakfast is good. Parking can be limited if you get back to the hotel late at night . Pool area is nice.

Location, location, location.
Some new team members.
Down side was breakfast - no attention to gluten allergy even when asked and prompted. " Eat cherrios and yogurt." was the answer. ????

While the room served its purpose well and the cleaning staff was very friendly, we unfortunately ran into some issues. When requesting supplies the staff was always on their phones when we answered the door. Many of the switches in our room did not work and when checking in the clerk made a sexual joke to me.

Usually dont complain. Never had a bad experience at Hilton.. no vending except by the cashier. Bought the kids a snack, 1 easy mac and a bag of cheez its it was 11$. Asked if they had ice machines was told no only the freezers in the rooms. Ours never worked our 4 days there. Saw a cockroach in the hallway, shower had mold. Toilet ran non stop and seat was loose. Moved the table and footstool out of the way to use the pull out sofa there was food and crumbs everywhere..overall just not a overall good experience.

Staff was great, very friendly. Landscaping and the outside areas of the property were very nice and landscaping was well maintained. The inside of the room was clean but could use some updates. The carpet in our room was stained in several places and the furniture was very worn.

Our room was very clean especially the bathroom. No mildew or funny smells. The carpet was clean, no trash or smoke smells in the hallways. Beds were comfortable. Everythingthing was wonderful!

Nice location, 8 min to Isle of Palms, a lot nice restaurants and stores. 20 min from Charleston downtown. Very clean. Planing come back
