During the check-in process, the desk clerk lady asked me sign on a paper having my credit card information and address, and kindly stated, “I will charge to your credit card if you make any damage to the room.” It made me to check the room conditions. I noticed that some light bulbs in the bathroom were not working, and that there was one face towel instead of two face towels. Also, I noticed that one corner of the side door was not good condition. Next day I informed my findings to the desk clerk. Should have a walk-in/out inspection report policy from Comfort Inn HQ.
