I am very happy with our stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, near the lake, a few minutes walk to Riyue (Sun Moon) twin towers. The hotel is very clean, looks like newly remodeled. Great view from hotel restaurant. Good options for breakfast and all amenities are really good. All fruits/snacks/drinks in the hotel are free. Have you ever seen toiletries in hotels look this good (see attached photo)? Best of all, their customer service is top notch. Everyone works there are very polite and helpful. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are at Guilin, probably the best you can find.

There is also a Keshi shopping mall opposite the hotel, which is convenient for shopping. The most recommended one is the landscape swimming pool on the top floor of the hotel. The scenery is unparalleled and beautiful. Even if you don't know how to swim, you can go up and take pictures! ! Facilities: The room is fully equipped. You can also use your mobile phone to control the room lights and air conditioner. The takeaway is delivered to the room by a robot, which is very high-tech. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. The bedding and towels are very soft and comfortable. I especially like their pillows. My family all slept well. Service: The guy at the door is very friendly and will help with luggage. The butler service is super considerate. He will contact me in advance to inquire about room arrangements. After check-in, he will also understand the room arrangements and ask if he needs hot drinks for health. He also gives very good travel suggestions to the family, and the feedback from the family members is very good. The breakfast is rich in variety and the rice noodles are delicious. Recommended. The ladies at the front desk, guest rooms and swimming pool are very enthusiastic. They will also inform the weather conditions in Guilin and remind the family to bring umbrellas. The hotel was quite new and very clean and beautiful. The only disappointment was the lack of a full-length mirror. There was only one mirror at the washbasin, which was inconvenient. The food was extremely delicious with a wide variety, and I believe you won't get tired of eating it no matter how many times you have it. The staff also provided courteous and friendly service, making our stay enjoyable. Overall, it's a wonderful hotel that I highly recommend.

The location is really great to spend your time in Longji. After not even a 5-minute walk from the hotel, you are already at the first main viewing platform ”Nine Dragons and five tigers”. The scenery is breathtaking and totally worth a visit. The hosts were amazing and helpful. Although there was a language barrier they took good care of us all throughout our stay. They informed us in advance about the arrival options and helped us to go back to Guilin by arranging a driver. Furthermore, the food was delicious and also give the mijiu (rice wine) a try. We are students in China and if we ever have the chance to come back, we will definitely stay here again!

I have never given any hotel a low score, but I regretted this hotel from the first day of staying there, and wanted to end this vacation quickly. Here are a few problems I encountered: First, I booked a parent-child room this time, with one super-large bed and one large bed, which can accommodate up to 4 people. But the design of the hotel is actually a large room that is connected, and there is no partition between the two beds. Every morning, as long as one person wakes up, the whole family will wake up. There must be children when booking a parent-child room, and the result is that the elderly and children can't rest well. Second, after the bathroom and the shower room come out, they face the room directly without any shelter, so the clothes after taking a shower can only be worn in the shower room. The sound of the toilet in the bathroom is also transmitted directly to the bedroom without any shelter. Imagine how noisy it is for four people. Third, the air conditioning temperature cannot be controlled. It was very cold on the first day of check-in. The air conditioner was set to 30 degrees, and the room temperature was only 11 degrees. Later, we turned off one air conditioner, but it was still very cold when we returned to the room after a day of play. I called the front desk and asked the engineering team to come up and see. The engineering team asked me to turn off the air conditioner. What should I do at night? Is the temperature only adjusted by turning off the air conditioner? It was so cold on the first day that my mother and I caught a cold. Fourth, the location of the sink was not well designed. When the water was turned on, it splashed directly onto the bedside table, and my phone and glasses were all wet. Later, I covered them with a towel. Fifth, the lobby was not air-conditioned on a 30-day day, and it was too hot to go in and out. Sixth, the hotel was put into operation in October last year, but it still has the taste of decoration. Of course, this hotel is not completely useless. There are also a few good points about it: First, the location is really good, West Street is very convenient, and it is very convenient to eat. Second, the attitude is very good, but they just apologized for the problems without making any improvements. Third, the laundry room is very useful. Our room had a magnificent view of the Li River. The sightseeing spots in Guilin City were all in walkable distance of the hotel. The breakfast had a good amount of variety and you can even get the typical Guilin Rice Noodles if you want. The service was over the top (everyone was super friendly and attentive). If you have any questions the staff replies to your messages within minutes. We were asked if the breakfast is alright or if they should prepare a more western one for us. They probably also saw our bin filled with empty water bottles and provided us 1.5L bottles for free 😂 Will most certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and family and would also come myself again!

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic! It is right across the Elephant Trunk Hill and you can get nice view from the balcony of their restaurant on the sixth floor. We booked a dinner there and the food was excellent! We also enjoyed the beautiful day and night views of the river and Elephant Trunk Hill while having our dinner. The late summer breeze makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend it!

Absolutely loved this hotel! I thought the pictures looked a bit too good to be true for the price, but the rooms look exactly like the pictures. My friend and I booked a twin city view room to share, but upon arrival we loved it so much we changed to 2 separate queen bed, river view rooms. The service was amazing, staff spoke English and were very helpful with us changing our booking. Breakfast was delicious, the spa is amazing and I even bought some of their spa oils to take home (spa oils and eye masks are provided complimentary in the rooms). Drinks in the mini bar are also free and refilled every day. Close to everything you want to see. Hotel even arranged a car for us to go to the rice terraces. Waimai is also delivered straight to your room. Perfect, will definitely stay here again.
