The hotel pays great attention to service quality and is the best service I have experienced in Laos. The riverside scenery is invincible, like a fairy painting! Manager Yao also has a very thorough understanding of Laos, which made our trip worry-free. The high-speed rail airport is also free to pick up and drop off, and there is also an electric car to send to the ancient city night market, which is great!

When our driver pulled up to the hotel by a rickety bridge over the river, we were a bit nervous as the hotel looks tiny from the outside. What we thought was the hotel was actually the lobby and the hotel is actually quite large and sprawling with buildings and bungalows scattered next to the river. The hotel has a lovely infinity pool by the river with a lounge chairs, beach towels and an affordable pool bar with snacks for sale. The rooms were spacious with large balconies. The toilet was by the front door so you had to exit the WC walk around the corner to the bathroom to wash your hands - sort of a weird set up, but did help in the morning for 2 people to get ready. This was the only hotel we stayed in with dual sinks and a long vanity so excellent for 2 travelers and a big plus! The shower was a walk in so east access. The hotel also has a restaurant where breakfast (included) is served in the morning. Unfortunately it was a buffet with limited options and the food that was supposed to be hot was always cold and unappetizing. The hotel uses tiny candles to try to keep the food warm but this method does not work at all. The hotel no longer has a shuttle to town which is a negative as you need to walk across a scary rickety bridge to get to town. The hotel does not have a gym which is a requirement, in my opinion, if you want to be a 5 star resort. My only other comment to management is to find a few better English speaking employees as we had difficulty communicating with staff. Yes we know we are in Laos and should learn to speak their language but I feel when you cater to tourists you need a few people in each area to speak the universal language for business. We did enjoy our stay and can recommend this hotel to others.

This trip to Laos was very enjoyable and I chose to stay in a Mekong River themed hotel. The beautiful scenery by the river will be unforgettable for a long time. The boss is Chinese, and various services such as money exchange and travel consultation are very convenient. It is recommended that friends from China stay here. There is no language barrier and it is very convenient.

Environment: rice fields, cicadas chirping, but no mosquitoes beside the paddy fields. Waking up early to bask in the warmth of the swimming pool with a hint of coolness in the morning, looking at the green rice fields, the mist-shrouded mountains in the distance, the clear blue sky and white clouds, I felt that there was a vivid memory on my life list. Room: The air conditioning is sufficient and there is no noise. There is also a fragrance system, and the high roof space makes people relax. The equipment is well-equipped and very new. I fell asleep on the first night without much fuss as I was in an area where bed trouble was most common when I was on a business trip. Service and breakfast: Very welcoming. There was a problem with the hot water on the first night. I called the front desk and sent someone to fix it immediately. There is a free shuttle to town. The breakfast is rich, especially the local millet noodles. Overall review: :) I don’t want to give a good review, because I’m afraid you might raise the price next time if you know more.

I had wonderful hospitality in this hotel! Had pineapple mango mix as welcome drink, french bagguette with scramble eggs for breakfast, rooms were simple but well cleaned! The hotel is only 10 minutes walk to the Main Street as well as 10 minutes to airport by car. It was very convenient. I appreciate the owner’s kind map to recommend me some nice restaurants and BBQ place. I tried most of them and had great experience of local Lao food! Strongly recommending those restaurants! I am grateful that Owner provided the car to airport and it was great hospitality:)

After arriving at the store, I told the room that there was a problem and I needed to change to another hotel, but I don’t know what the problem with the room is. It should be the same owner. Then I can send us to the high-speed rail station for free. There is no way. I can only accept it. The hotel is not far away. Seeing that the price was more than 300 at that time, there is a small swimming pool. If you can inform in advance before you arrive at the store, you need to change rooms more acceptable. The overall hotel is also good, everyone's attitude is very good, there is a restaurant opposite to eat a lot of people, it should be good, called bamboo garden.

It is along the Mekong River. The room does not have a river view, but the breakfast venue is on the terrace with a river view. The night market is less than 10 minutes walk away. A short walk to Wat Xieng Thong. There are nice cafes nearby.

The park is beautiful! Very close to the night market! It’s very convenient to go out! The store provides free bicycles! Can ride! Every room upstairs has a small terrace! You can have a tea break in the yard! very good!

We spent 2 nights at Victoria Xieng Thong Palace and loved it. Everything was great. Beautiful place. The room was very clean. The hotel is only a few minutes away from Xieng Thong Temple, and right by the Mekhong River. Service was very good. Everyone was very polite and very eager to help. I would highly recommend staying here !
