Food was very good. Two pools. Good sand, very clear water. Bartenders were very good and I want to say that the whole enterteinment team were good especially CHABA who is smiling every time and he always has a lot of good energy. The animation program is very rich. I recomend this hotel.

Me and my mom just got back from our holiday and I want to say it was absolutely amazing. Starting from the rooms, they were clean and were being cleaned regularly every day by the cleaning women. Just two things could have been better and that's more wi-fi coverage because in our room there was no wifi. Also the shower had no curb and the water would get everywhere making it dangerous at times, but as I said the rooms were cleaned daily, towels got changed every day so in that sense there is nothing to complain about. As for the food, the variety of food for lunch and dinner was great, the food was super tasty. There were also a lot of sweets every day you could get that my mom enjoyed very much. Breakfasts were okay, maybe a little more variety of food would be good but that's just my own note. Snacks were a bonus, absolutely appreciated! Personally what I enjoyed the most was the pool with salt water which was a relaxing pool with no jumping into the pool so I could just rest there in peace as well as the other people. What made the stay unforgettable though was the staff. From the service on the reception to the cleaning ladies everybody was incredibly friendly, nice and helpful. Never on a holiday have I recieved more smiles and nice words from the staff. The animation team was also brilliant. The amount of activities you could daily participate in was incredible. Me and my mom's favourite was definetely petanque with Chaba who taught us how to play and we loved it so much that we tried to play every day. Chaba was extremely friendly and funny and he knew how to make us feel welcomed which we really appreciated. We had so many laughs and we definetely made some nice memories. Who I also want to mention is the man who handled the sea salt pool, what an absolute sweetheart! Overall me and my mom we enjoyed the stay so very much. Even with the small things like the wi-fi I would absolutely recommend staying at this resort because of the people who work there because they make the place what it is and it is amazing!

We had an excellent stay in this hotel. The staff is attentive, especially the reception and room service with the friendly housekeeper Amel. The food is great. The animation team is attentive and helped us make a surprise birthday for my daughter. Everything is beautiful. No negative score. We'll come back next year inchAllah.

We stay in this hotel 7 nights we enjoy all moments till my daughter get sick. If this incident not happend all will be wonderful from the man outside door till lady she clean the rooms. Must be renovated but event like this we have a plesent stay. The sea very nice clean and the have a beautiful garden, amazing 4 pools all nice and clean. The guys from bar reception restaurant including the ‍ chef what is hansom and good cooking all tray to make us feel happy. Guys from animation very dedicated except the lady boss of them what make us feel discriminate because she never mentioned romanian. Over roll thanks staff for plesent stay. If you are going in vacation in tunis tray this hotel specialy families. Nice and clean. Thank you again.

I've read some of the reviews that the hotel doesn't cater for the English, this is completely untrue. The hotel is mixed and not just catered for the French. The food has a large selection for all tastes. Pizza, pasta, mashed potato vegetables beef stews and chips everyday and fantstic traditional Tunisian dishes. A wonderful selection of fruit and dessert. I'm not sure what these English people eat? There is no fridge or hairdryer but this is clearly stated, however you can hire a fridge for your stay. Beautiful hotel and well worth more than 3 star. Beachfront with plenty of beds and free mattresses. Two pools one is a seawater pool. Please any English wishing to book this hotel don't be put of by a few fussy English that probably eat takeaways at home.

One can only speak of this hotel in superlatives. I've been to several hotels of a higher standard in Hammamet, but this one surprised me the most. A beautiful hotel in a wonderful palm garden. Beautiful, clean beach. Great swimming pools; one with sweet and one with sea water. Excellent, authentic food. High praise for the varied selection of dishes. Rooms modest but clean, towels and linens changed daily. I would like to single out and praise the work of those at the reception desk and in the restaurant. Great communication, they did everything to make our stay special. Hichem, Ayed, Omar, Ahmed, Wael thank you for your service! The only hotel to which I will gladly return. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

We booked this hotel last minute as we wanted alittle winter sun. The reviews online were amazing and that’s why we booked this hotel, on face value it’s picturesque and the gardens are well maintained. The private beach is amazing, a great feature to this hotel. There are however a few things to note especially if you’re English! This is very much a French hotel, everyone speaks in French, daytime games are in French, evening entertainment is in French and even the signs around the hotel are all in French. This didn’t bother us too much as we were able to use Google translate, it can get alittle difficult when trying to communicate and at times it felt quite isolating. Most of the entertainment team, bar staff and reception speak English so that helps a lot. The rooms are very basic with only one socket available In a room suitable for 4 people, I would recommend bringing an extension lead, on a positive note the beds are super comfortable. The aircon unit is dated so doesn’t work very well, can imagine this causing some discomfort in the peak summer months. The food is lovely, one of the best parts of the hotel. Authentic Tunisian dishes are served which were great to try. Breakfast is the same everyday which did become quite repetitive but if you love an omelette you’ll be alright. Lunch and dinner are pretty much the same most days but they do have a grill station and a pasta bar if you want to mix it up. If you are a fussy eater I wouldn’t necessarily sign up to the all inclusive, they don’t serve your standard all inclusive dishes ie nuggets and chips. The dessert station was lovely but again it’s the same everyday so can become quite repetitive. The snack bar is left overs from lunch. There are only 5 cocktails on the all inclusive but they are very nice and tasty so don’t be put off but the limited menu. The WiFi is pot luck, sometimes it lets you connect sometimes it doesn’t. If your room is close to the reception you could get wifi in it, ours wasn’t so the only time we got a connection was in reception or around the pool and most of the time it didn’t work. Overall, this is a great place for some winter sun on a budget. We did thoroughly enjoy ourselves but we only stayed for 5 days, I think anymore maybe too much.
