Novostar Nahrawess Hotel & Thalasso Resort

First we arrived to the hotel on time they took passports and we kept waiting for 20 min as we mad reservation through *********** we told them it says check in at 12:00 on the email they said that its wrong check in is at 14:00 but we will check you in early but give us some time which am sure its just made up after getting to the room after 40 minutes of waiting tlits not as expected they said we gaive you nice room which is not shower broken tv broken after calling them to fix it i asked about the coffee and tea set in the room which 99.9% of hotels have it they said try with housekeeping saw one of the staff she said ill get you that but at night when we got to the room saw her again she said we dont have enough as its in few rooms may be tomorrow and the hotel is full which is not true alot of rooms vacant and i did not see that much people customer service is so bad staff some of them are nice but the majority is rude you dont feel welcomed there talking to each other using bad words with no respect to customers and shouting on each other. Second is the food room service is so slow we asked for plate of fruits not big deal it did not come after one hour called and canceled after several trials with no answer then they came after 2 hours while we are sleeping and called the room we just ignored We did not eat at the hotel at all as the restaurants are closed or kitchen closed we ate at the bøbar at the beach nice one as it does not belong to the hotel and nice food as you see in the photo . The towels you need to need to know some one or pay some one as they dont give you have to ask for it for the salty swimming pool i dont know how or by any form they got the 5⭐️ Stars as compared to the other 5⭐️ Stars i go around the world they are not even one any thing you can close one eye but customer service its most important in any hotels or in the whole industry hope you see this before you fall in the trap happy days .

Отдыхали в данном отеле в июле 2014 с друзьями. Первое впечатление было подпорчено номером 3434 который видимо используют не только как сингл, но и для отдыха персонала, первую ночь пришлось провести в нем, но дальше, Анекс тур уладил это происшествие и номер выделили шикарный. Еда вкусная, анимация отличная, пенные вечеринки, конкурсы танцев... Горки, территория. Да. если вы спортсмен, то спортзал вполне себе с рабочими тренажерами, на территории есть талассо отель со спец питанием и программой спа по отдельной оплате.Кормят тут на каждом шагу и просто беспрестанно.Море шикарное

Les chambre sale et petit les repas ne sont pas varié il n'a pas aquapark j ai all inclusive soft mais il n'a pas ni des boissons ni infusion aussi il n'a pas animation et mini bar dans le picine . Vraiment il était le plus beau hôtel 2018 mais maintenant franchement nulle .je ne recommande pas

Hôtel merdique personnels 0 j'ai quitté l'hôtel au bout de 2h après notre arrivée, on a fait une réservation pour 3 adultes on a eu une chambre pour 2 personnes et on nous a invité à patienter ils vont nous ramener un troisième lit je ne sais pas où ils vont le mettre chambre très petite lorsque j'ai réclamé la seule réponse que j'ai eu chambre standard et le plus étrange que la porte de la chambre ne se ferme pas et la seule réponse aussi que j'ai eu c'est tout ce qu'on a.

Un hôtel on faillite le minimum n'est pas du tout assure une horrible expérience on plus ils sont des arnaqueurs malhonnête l'administration , saleté insalubre manque même de lumière piscine non traité bouffe dégueulasse il faut fermé c'est mieux

Un hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses quatre étoiles, buffet médiocre et pas du tout varié. Chambres mal entretenues et délabrées, une vrai catastrophe. Ascenseurs en panne, des personnes bloquées dedans.

Hôtel arnaqueur , attention les photos sur Tunisiebooking et google sont faux rien à voir avec la vrai vie , rien ne marche ni toboggan ni spa ni piscine à l’eau de mer côté piscine couverte et eau de mer payante 100dinars la journée , nourriture dégeulasse vraiment toujours les mêmes plats aucun choix , j’ai trouver une moustique dans ma nourriture , aucun matériel ni papier toilette ni draps ni rien personnel très gentil me font de la peine car ils sont pas payer ni rien , chambres très sale après yne longue attente a la réception très chère pour ce qui vaut dommage car il est très grand et très beau .

Horrible, arnaque ne mérite pas d’être même hotel !!! Vraiment j’étais en cauchemar pendant un séjour qui ne dépasse pas 12h . Ni réception ni chambre ni piscine ni plage Et la bouffe était une catastrophe

A fuir ils ont ouvert l’hôtel alors que n’est prêt , et les photos n'ont aucune liaison avec l'hôtel en réalité, ni toboggan,ni salle de jouet pour enfant, piscine sale, manque de vie ni animation ni animateurs rien de rien ni pendant la journée ni la soirée Vraiment c'est la honte...Cet hôtel est fortement déconseillé!!
