Very impolite..they do not provide early checkin if you booked online But will ask you to cancle online and book from him to get early checkin Very adament receptionist. Tried to renegotiate still did not agree

The hotel rooms are old and ill maintained since the day the hotel started. Staff is rude and unprofessional. There is no shower head in the shower. The room is full of dust and unsatisfactory despite changing it three times. Do not stay here even on a business trip let alone with family.
