Home in a busy city The Emerald truly feels like a home in one of the busiest cities I have ever visited. The staff really goes out of their way to take care of all your special requirements and make your stay special and comfortable. Everyone from their General ***ager to their room boys and waiters are extremely courteous and always smiling. We loved the food here – all the items are so fresh. Especially enjoyed the Indian food served at the Sapphire Restaurant – the quality is amazing and they have such a huge variety. Food coma alert!!!! As for the rooms, we stayed in one of the apartments – it was so spacious and made us feel just like we were at home. Would surely recommend this place to all those travelling to Mumbai.

Truly a splendid stay! During my recent visit to Mumbai, I had booked The Emerald Hotel in Juhu, its only about 20 minutes from the airport and since it was a long-haul flight, the staff at the reception ensured the check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was super clean and spacious. Next morning breakfast was good as well and we thoroughly enjoyed chilling in their new café in the evening. It has beautiful vibes. The staff truly made us feel at home – something that I think sets The Emerald apart from a lot of other hotels. Will definitely stay here during our next visit.

Shared the King Suite with a couple of friends to attend our close friend's wedding. Fantastic service! We were so well taken care of. Hats off to Suraj, Sanjay and Anita. They also helped plan a surprise birthday celebration for one of our friends staying with us. Will definitely come back if ever on business in Bombay.

Excellent place to stay I am using this hotel since ***y years for my business, personal , transit stays. Smiling service team is always ready to welcome. Good food Excellent location His time I stayed with my friends and enjoyed the super service with good room. Will visit this place soon.

The room looks ok at first sight. The bathroom was a mess, there is a window you will not want to touch it with a six foot pole, dirty. The toilet push button so dirty, the toilet flowed over, the shower sprayed from 3 sides and flowing over. complained nothing done. In the courtyard where breakfast is served there are large rats running around as if they own the place. Water bottles refilled from the bathroom, disgusting. Staff rude Wont advise anyone to go back there, I wont ever.

Wonderful hotel in the Juhu area. Location is great, very close to Juhu Beach which is just a short walk away. Lots of shopping close by as well. We stayed in a spacious one bedroom apartment. The room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with all the basic amenties. Breakfast buffet was awesome with a wide variety. Highly recommend the vegetarian restaurant..food there was excellent. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. Overall a great stay and will definitely return.

I had a wonderful stay at the Emerald in Juhu. The staff was very friendly and always ready to assist you with any requests, always cheerfully greeting everyone passing by. The room we got was modern and very clean, with a comfortable double bed. As vegetarians we particularly appreciated the wide variety of all-veg food. There was a vegetarian breakfast buffet every morning situated outside with a great spread of food. The location is very convenient, with Juhu Beach just a short walk across the street. Overall a very enjoyable stay, and I can definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting Mumbai.

We Travel and whenever we do Trip Advisor is the place to go to see the reviews of the place where we stay and eat. Read the review thought yes or no but then it was yes as it had what I wanted a kitchen to get my own stuff. space for myself to meet people in my living room and bedroom for my privacy where do you get this in Mumbai where hotel rooms are so small. This hotel did have small rooms too but I wanted something with space. Emerald hotel in Juhu is close to all I wanted. Restaurant, transportation right outside. Would I stay again for sure as the airport international or domestic is also close by dont have to travel all the way to the city to stay going forward. Ask for the Front Desk ***ager (forgot his name - sorry) he goes out of his way to help and guide you through Mumbai.
