Liegt in einem etwas nüchternerem Teil Schwabings. Etwas langweiliges Umfeld. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Service sehr gut.

We’ve had a pleasant stay at Novotel.
The staff was courteous, the amenities were ok, and the ambiance was delightful.
However, there was an incident that left a sour note in an otherwise pleasant stay.
Upon my check-in night, we were greeted by an unwelcome guest, a cockroach in the room. Naturally, this was an unpleasant surprise and not something one expects in a hotel of this caliber. When I reported the incident to the administrator on duty, I was disheartened by their initial response. They seemed to try and shift the blame onto me, suggesting that the insect had entered when we opened an outside window. ( I was explicit in my explanation that it was my first room entry and no opening windows).
While I understand that bugs can find their way into any space, I found this explanation lacking in accountability and not customer friendly practice.
Apart from this unfortunate incident, stay was quite comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed.

Pros Walking distance to office. Centrally located Cons Hotel looks tired and needs a facelift. Rooms are old. Bed and pillows were uncomfotable. Carpet needed replacement. Toilet was smelly. Aircondition was weak. Could not sleep well as the temp outside was hot.

hotel located in business area and 35mins from airport. Big suites with very good value for money, around 100 euros. The prices includes breakfast. The best are the size of the suites, very big and with a comfortable table to work. The signal of the wifi is good. The only adventage or point to improve is the lack of restautant to have lunch or dinner.
