部屋は広いですが、アメニティなどは必要最低限という感じです。部屋には冷蔵庫やケトルはありませんが、清潔で、お値段には見合っていると思います。
スタッフは親切です。
立地はミュンヘン東駅から500mほど歩きます。大きい駅で遅くまで空いているスーパーやドラッグストアもありますが、駅周辺が少し薄暗いので、夜道は少し気をつけてください。

The only good staff we encountered in this hotel was the Blanka, Mr. Reyes (of Hispanic descent at front desk) and the kind sir who helped us fix our shower head. On our second day, the shower head broke, and when we first reported it to one of the lady front desk, she told us to wait until the afternoon for someone to come and fix it without any urgency shown at all. We came back down again and made sure we spoke to Blanka, knowing how responsive she was, and as expected she was the one who tried to settled it asap for us. The room was ok, but we hated the layout of the bathroom mainly because the floor was always wet and cold. Basic amenities not available such as dental kits. No cups/saucer/cutleries, coffee machine/kettle in the room. No bathroom slippers. The pillows and bed were comfortable for us and the balcony was a nice touch and would've preferred to enjoy it in a colder weather. Another thing was the AC Wasn't cold and we went in the Summer, but since we were out most of the time we chose to make do with it instead of experiencing the hassle of moving to another room etc.

We have used a Motel One hotel before, and our experience in Munich was similar to the previous one: good room with a fantastic bed and a neat, modern bathroom. Again, we noticed that the room is very small, especially compared to hotels in the same price range. It would have helped a lot if a storage cupboard had been placed where there is now a shelf only. Unfortunately, a somewhat grumpy lady was there when we checked in, but otherwise we thought the service was good. Exceptionally good, however, was the breakfast : without a doubt the best breakfast of our entire holiday. A huge range of tasty (often organic) products, delicious fresh rolls, yogurt with different types of grains, etc. Perfect! The direct location of this hotel may not be very inspiring, but the hotel is conveniently close to the station and not too far from the pleasant Haidhausen district with its countless cosy streets, restaurants and coffee bars.

We came for one night in transit because of its proximity to München east train station, the staff were very friendly and checked us in early around 12:30 no question asked, the room was clean, comfortable bed, great aircon. All in all a great experience.

We last min had to book this hotel due to a snow storm and we were pleasantly surprised! We stayed at 5 star hotels the entire trip...and to be honest there was not a huge difference between those and here, amenities aside. Staff was great, place was clean and quiet. Great location.

I was attracted by the "charme" of the the hotel, at least on the pictures. And it is true that the loby, bar, restaurant is very nicely decorated, charming, warm atmosphere ... That is the positive side. Rooms are relatively basic, but good sleep quality, clean. Quiet. BUT ... you have to "pay for everything" and before. No possibility to put things on the room. It is not a major problem except when unpolitely you are called in the breakfast room to pay because breakfast was not included in the price. This could be done at least a bit discretely and let the guest enjoyr his breakfast ... Even for some peanuts with a coktail you have to pay ... This is destroying the experience.

We had a three night stop in Munich. The hotel is very convenient from the airport and in a nice area. The staff were incredibly accommodating in making sure our family were looked after. I would recommend staying here. Thank you!

Lovely hotel, staff were very helpful when we had some car park ticket issues it was solved very easily. Plenty of parking under hotel and easy lift up to reception and rooms if you have luggage. It is a little bit of a walk to the centre but an easy and scenic walk. We had breakfast one morning but didn’t really think it was worth the money as you can get breakfast easily and cheaply around. The rooms are a good size, shame there is no fridge or iron in the room but we did ask for an iron and board and it was bought straight out with no issues. Would recommend this hotel if you don’t mind a 15/20 min walk into the town it is perfect.

Recently spent 2 nights each on 2 different ends of our trip to Munich. We are regulars at Motel One but this was our first stay at this location. Very nice hotel! Clean lobby, clean rooms. Best part was the staff! We are big US football fans and it was during the recent playoffs in January 2023 that we were there. They set up the TV on the correct station in their small conference area for us to view on the big screen tv. Keep in mind Munich is 6 hours ahead of the east coast USA time. Thus late night wee hours of the morning was when the game was on. Just cannot speak highly enough of the effort made by the staff (more than one) to make our stay enjoyable! 2 blocks walk from the Ostbahnhof (east train station) to the hotel.
