Receptionist needs training because I had awful experience during check-in, I had made two separate bookings for 2 nights for 2 adults, first with breakfast and second without. Receptionist got herself confused with the second day booking and kept arguing that there is NO breakfast included for both days. She took forever to search the first day booking using my full name instead of just middle name because she was constantly getting confused with other bookings having middle name similar to mine. Also, she had mistakenly assigned me a room already assigned to somebody else since both were double room type bookings she let it go. And finally when she managed to find my first day booking in their system which included breakfast, she did not even say SORRY for doing a poor job. Also, some of them don’t understand or speak English despite being in the hospitality industry for tourists. Breakfast was excellent.
