房間很大，交通也比較方便，出門往南走幾百米就是地鐵站和購物中心。唯一一點不方便就是房間裏沒有空調，暑期出行可能會比較熱

周邊餐廳一般 ，全自動入住（人工服務網上而非線下，不算特別方便）不過歐洲嘛，服務本來就不不能跟國內比

酒店硬件設施很不錯，但談不上任何服務，前台臉上寫滿少煩我。衹能説是非常德國的酒店公寓。不會德文者，多考慮。

Rooms are clean but with cheap quality bedding. Service is zero. they do not change towels or sheets or clean the room. the location is near a mall but in general shady. There are always guys hanging around the front door waiting for someone to open to rush in. Security inside the building is bad. It appears people share the entry code with others. It is not a suitable place for family or female traveler(s). There is no safety. unauthorized access is given to people standing around the lobby waiting to get in. Multiple shady characters getting in one room. It looks like a high-grade homeless center for single men to share space.

I was suprised , IT was comfy here. Lot of places where to to. There IS a MCdonald almost next to the hotel , so breakfast IS always ready . I recommending it for anybody who wanna stay few days in munichen. IT is Nice place to stáť. I was here in february, so u need to check your weather fór outside walking.

A cozy hotel with lovely lobby and full facilities. 5min walk to the metro station and mall. The only problem is the light is too dark inside the room which you can not work there.

Overall this was a great place to stay - really well connected, good amenities and affordable. It was really helpful having a fridge and hob in the room to be able to cook in the room if needed. The room was also clean and quite big for a hotel room which was nice. Do be aware that all customer service support is online though! While the chatbot really helped us out a few times, you’re a bit stuck if you have a real problem. For example, our door keypad broke and since there was no receptionist or member of staff in the building at night, we were stuck outside the room for ages while waiting for customer support and then an actual fix. Cool idea but they could do with having someone in the building at all times for issues like this which would always be very easily fixed in a hotel!

We arrived in Munich to 2 cancelled rooms, the hotel refused to listen to that we had a booking and told us to book/pay again. *********** were telling us the booking is live and not cancelled. It took 6hrs for the hotel to admit they had cancelled it in error and to resolve it. The knock on effect of being ignored/not listened to for 6hrs impacted 50% of our break. The hotel have offered a £43 refund on a £434 booking. In addition the room was dirty, the shower smelt, the cushions had stains on them, the pillows smelt awful & there was a sticky spillage on the chairs. The heating wouldn’t turn down & the walls/windows didn’t keep any external sound out. Noisy sirens & vehicles can be heard continually. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
