It was awesome experience. Rooms are very clean and neat with all facilities. Room service and hospitality are very good. Hot water available 24hrs. We will definitely recommend this hotel for your best stay!! Thank you so much! See you next time!!!!!

Excellent Hotel. Clean rooms and courteous staffs. Enjoyed the stay. Best accommodation for families and groups. Mr. Pranav was very helpful and also guided us on the places to visit in Munnar. I strongly recommend this place for everyone.

Incredible Boutique Hotel in Munnar Highly recommend service is very good front office staff is very helpfull and housekeeping staff also very good qaswa restaurant food also also very delicious and room view is very good we are staying in jacuzzi suite its really very good room and reasonable price compare to munnar hotel I travel munnar last 5 year and every year we are coming here to celebration the anniversary but its a memorable trip for us. Thanks for casa montana team your are really very kind I am so glad spend here some moment.. We hope next time we coming here soon

NO ANY POSITIVE IN THIS HOTEL , WiFi won’t work & no fridge, worst service & mainly ***ager AVINASH have so much Attitude he didn’t even listen our problems, very cunning fellow & always looking to try to cheat customers. ***agement is worst , when I meet the owner , they doesn't know about hospitality . Waste of money to stay .. Never recommended

I recently had a delightful 2-night stay at Casa Montana Munnar, and my experience contrasts with some negative reviews about the staff's hospitality. I appreciated their accommodation, allowing an early check-in to ease my travel with a 15-month-old. The timely provision of boiled milk upon request showcased their attentiveness. The hotel's strategic location, within walking distance to shops and food outlets yet removed from the main highway chaos, contributed to an overall great experience.

The lodging was upto the mark. Definitely worth your money. Wonderful and spacious rooms and restroom. Warm water available throughout the day. Car parking available. Food also available at restaurant at reasonable price. Two tables, a two seater sofa, bed, wardrobe and fan available.

Happen to stumble upon the Restaurant at this hotel for our late lunch.. the food served was simple, but was simply out of the world. Every dish ordered was beyond excellent! (Note: you must like Indian food in order to truly appreciate the food here)

The stay was amazing and the staff was also really good. The stay was convinient for me as the bus stand was very nearby 😊 i would love to stay at this hotel again if i come back to munnar. 😊 price should be negotiable for repeat customers 😂😂
