A quiet small hotel sitting above the Lage Maggiore which is a 10 minute walk away. Very friendly service and good breakfast offering. Fridge in the room. Beds was too soft for me. Rather old-fashioned look of the room and bathroom and very small TV.

We arrived in August 2021 at the Hotel, the staff were very friendly and polite. The checkin was quick. The hotel is a small Art hotel with some art al around the hotel, the rooms are also not so big but very clean and have a small fridge. In the morning they serve a good breakfast with different kinds of bread and different toppings and coffee and tea you like.. The owners are very willing to help you guiding to the Tessin area. We have had 9 very relaxed days in Tessin, I will recommend this Hotel to everybody who wants to visit Locarno, you are very close to the Piazza Grande which is the heart of Locarno with lots of nice restaurants.

This is a very well run and characterful hotel. Our room was both quiet, clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the station and lakeside and free parking is available. The breakfasts were exceptionally good...fresh fruit, Bircher muesli, a variety of breads, eggs etc. A hotel with a personal touch to which we hope to return one day.

Ein herzlicher Empfang, wie ich ihn schon lange nicht mehr so erfahren habe. Man merkt richtig, dass die Inhaber und das ganze Team für ihren Job brennen und es aus Leidenschaft machen. Gemütliche Zimmer mit ganz viel Charme eingerichtet. Vieles erinnert an die Oma!

Nous avons séjourné 3 jours au Piccolo hôtel et sommes enchantés de notre séjour. L'hôtel est proche du centre de Locarno 10 min à pied où à 1 arrêt de bus. Le personnel est très sympathique et parle plusieurs langues. Nous avons eu de bonnes explications sur les visites à faire et les transports publics. La chambre est très agréable, avec un petit balcon et toutes les commodités. La décoration de l'hôtel est super sympa. Un vrai petit musée vintage. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir et le conseillerons à d'autres personnes sans problème.

Magnifique petit hôtel décoré avec charme, calme et très bien situé. Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées. Propriétaires proche des clients, bienveillants et accueillants. Le petit déjeuner en toute simplicité avec du choix et des produits frais. Merci, nous reviendrons si nous sommes dans la région.

Tutto molto pulito e ben curato! Ottima accoglienza e colazione davvero Top. Io amo gli hotel a conduzione famigliare o comunque dove ti fanno sentire subito a casa...situato in una stradina tranquilla seppur in centro, pertanto comodissimo. Ci siamo trovate davvero bene e lo consiglio.

Das Hotel befindet sich an einer ruhigen Lage, von welcher man innerhalb von 10 Minuten im Zentrum von Locarno ist. Das Hotel ist klein, familiär und die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr gastfreundlich. Das Check-In sowie das Check-Out verlief reibungslos. Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist grosszügig. Es ist merkbar, dass die Gastgeber alles geben, deinen Aufenthalt so entspannt wie möglich zu machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
