The Palace is amazing. The inner court yard is very well maintained and Pitula, the dog was extremely friendly! The breakfast was every day different and the cakes were to die for! Don t miss the dinner! We had an amazing tasting menu. The host was wonderful, he helped us with all sorts of tours we could do, always with a smile and very welcoming! We will for sure return soon. It was a wonderful stay and we had an amazing time.

Amazing accommodation with incredible hosts. This was surely of the our highlight of our trip in Puglia. We loved our stay in Palazzo Muro Leccese. Every detail was perfect, the decoration of the whole palace, the room, the shared spaces… everything was perfect. The room was large, tastefully decorated, incredibly clean, great bed linen and had all the amenities needed. The breakfast was out of this world, everything was home made (foccaccia bread, cakes, marmalade,…) with love and products sourced locally. They really make you feel at home. Enrico gave us really good tips of things to do around the area. We stayed three days and were sad to leave when we had to. We would really recommend this to anyone visiting the south of Puglia. It is also well located to visit the east, west and south coast. Hopefully we will come back one day!

Tutti gli attestati di eccellenza presenti sono pochi per avere un’idea dell’esperienza. Il palazzo è stupendo e curato in ogni minimo particolare, sembra di essere a casa dalla discrezione, il silenzio ed il profumo che ci sono tra le sue mura. Enrico ed Annamaria sono persone di una finezza e disponibilità sempre più difficili da trovare oggi; Annamaria, chef di altissimo livello, prepara colazioni (di salato e dolce e diverse ogni giorno) che fanno sentire tutti i sapori del Salento e ti fanno sentire le coccole di un ristorante stellato ogni mattina per partire col sorriso. Enrico disponibile, attento e perfezionista è sempre pronto ad esaudire qualsiasi richiesta e a consigliare posti, ristoranti, spiagge..tutto. Abbiamo provato anche una sera a mangiare da loro ed è stata un’esperienza rilassante e di altissimo livello culinario. Mi sento di consigliarlo a chiunque voglia passare un soggiorno di massimo livello..le parole non rendono comunque abbastanza l’esperienza vissuta, ci tornerei domani.

Nous avons séjourné au Palazzo Muro en août 2023, c’est une belle bâtisse avec de belles chambres très spacieuses. Nos hôtes étaient d’une gentillesse exemplaire!! Ils ont été aux petits soins pendant tout le séjour. Le petit déjeuner était différent tous les jours, aussi bien le sucré que le salé. Tout était fait maison, préparé par Anna Maria, même les biscottes et la multitude de confitures !! Tout était délicieux!! Félicitations Anna Maria!!! Pour finir, Je n’ai qu’un mot à dire : MERCI!! Anna Maria et Henry pour votre accueil, votre amabilité et toutes les bonnes choses que vous nous avez fait goûter…

Siamo alla nostra terza esperienza a Palazzo Muro Leccese,e ogni volta le aspettative già altissime non vengono deluse. Annamaria e Enrico riescono sempre a stupire per la professionalità,la cura,l'attenzione e la dedizione con la quale accolgono gli ospiti. La struttura è a dir poco deliziosa e continuamente migliorata. La cucina assolutamente magnifica,variata raffinata e salutare. Il soggiorno merita da solo il viaggio fino in Salento....e l'ambiente stupendo circostante diventa quasi un...di più

Soggiornato per 6 giorni nel mese di luglio ed è stata una esperienza unica.. L’atmosfera che si respira è impregnata dello charme di Enrico e Annamaria.. Ha un unico difetto…dopo questo soggiorno al Palazzo, tutte le altre colazioni saranno insignificanti.. A presto..,

Già da subito ci si sente a casa, coccolati dalla discreta attenzione di Anna Maria ed Enrico. L'atmosfera magica che si respira ovunque, dalla corte al giardino delle spezie con le tre maestose giacarande, alle stanze, curate in ogni piccolo dettaglio, alle coccole dei profumi della spa, contribuisce al benessere di chi vi soggiorna, al ritrovamento di un proprio nuovo equilibrio con sé stessi. Cosa dire del cibo? Sapori antichi ritrovati, reinventati, reinterpretati, arricchiti, impreziositi da nuove presentazioni nel rispetto della genuinità e della tradizione da Anna Maria, superba e instancabile interprete di piatti che stimolano sempre in modo nuovo la vista e il palato. E poi Enrico, l altra metà di questo duo, impareggiabile lavoratore, attento a che ogni dettaglio sia curato. Si resta davvero ammaliati e che quando si va via si porta con noi un tenero ricordo, la sensazione di lasciare qualcosa o qualcuno che dispiace lasciare nonché il desiderio e il proposito di tornare!
