This is a large complex and the majority of the apartments are for residents . The visitor apartments are not beside the pool or garden and overlook a car park and some construction site. The pools are nice but we were told the one in the photographs from the booking website was not for visitors. The pool was nice anyway. The apartment was good size but the kitchen very dark. No kettle and very few utensils provided. We had to ask for new towels. The shower was cold . In one apartment the curtains were falling off and there were stains on the sofa . They did happily move us to a cleaner apartment but there were still some problems. There is a small mall and supermarket close by to walk to and the grand mall , avenues and mall of Oman are quick in the car . Overall it is good for the price but the description and photographs are a bit misleading . Be prepared to have to ask for basic things and even you’ll need to provide you’re own washing up equipment. If you want a big apartment and reasonable location and budget price it is fine. We cancelled after two nights and they did give us a refund.
