Bardzo dobry hotel, komfortowy pobyt, wszystko w porządku 👍 Istnieje wiele rodzajów śniadań, można zjeść do woli.Wrócę tu następnym razem.

Blisko Mutry, dlatego łatwo dotrzeć do starego miasta, ale z dala od wszystkiego innego
Przestarzała, opuszczona konstrukcja, stary basen, zaniedbany ogród. Wszystko bardzo opuszczone.
Śniadanie podczas Ramadanu w małym salonie, z bardzo ograniczonym wyborem i słabą jakością.
Jedyną pozytywną nutą jest personel sali śniadaniowej, który starał się pod każdym względem zrekompensować ograniczenia oferty i ogólnie personel. Nie ma konsjerża, a jeśli poprosisz recepcję o radę na temat restauracji, w których można zjeść obiad, prawie nie otrzymasz pomocy.
Nie polecam, to 3 gwiazdki.

The hotel has a great charm and deep feeling of its history which corresponds to its classic design. The territory is not big, but well enough for a city and business hotel, there was a swimming pool outside and inside. We booked a club room, which was a very nice. Breakfast was delicious with variety of cheese, hot bites, and even salmon, as well as fruits and fresh juices. Hotel staff was very kind and professional.

I loved my stay at the Sheraton Oman. The staff were wonderful- they bent over backwards to help us.
I had a couple minor issues with my room, and they came as soon as I informed them, and were fixed immediately. One of the housekeepers picked up the robe I’d been using when they were cleaning and when I asked for a replacement they brought 2 more! They were happy to bring me extra nespresso pods and milk a couple times too.
The restaurant staff were so attentive and helpful- Tharindu, Pravda and Khalid and the chef, Krishna- they brought us out coffees and juices at breakfast and made sure I had everything I needed. They allowed my friend and I to eat off the a la carte menu at dinner instead of the iftar menu, since the other hotel restaurants were closed for Ramadan; and when we said we had to leave early at 5am for our flight they packed a lovely to-go box with pastries, fruit, coffee, juice and eggs.
I personally really appreciated that the gym was open 24 hours so I could work out before breakfast, and the equipment was pretty good for a hotel gym!
My only note for other travelers would be that the hotel is a little far from some of the touristy sights of Muscat. Also, there aren’t many alternative food options around the hotel. But the hotel itself has lots of great options so for us it worked out absolutely fine.

- room was pretty dusty and i asked 2 time to clean and they finally sent clean service after 3 hours !
- breakfast is most horrible taste i've ever tried among same range hotel ! ( Do not pay for breakfast it doesnt worth 8 Rial per person )
- gym is pretty quiet with awesome equipments !
- first floor café waiters are pretty lazy to take your order and barely can see them to raise your hand for order !
