Presidential suite was not provide and superior room was provided. Terrible smell in rooms and room service was not appropriate. Overall a bad experience

Hotel rockland was a very good stay for us, enjoyed the hospitality, rooms and amenities provided in the room are of high quality, the only problems i faced was the location as it is not walking distance from mall road, we did not get hot water 1 day out of our 3 days stay and it was crucial as we had visited in february which has a cold weather in mussurie, the food was also very expensive

The location marked on the map is not correct. The reception staff was rude in the communication. Repeated calls were made to check out the room even hotel was not sold out.

The hotel is located close enough to the mall road with breathtaking views of the valley. We got the premium rooms which offered lots of windows. The bathroom was large and clean with ample supply of hot water. The bed was clean and comfortable. The food was good, hot and delivered on time. For some reason the tandoor was not working which meant we could not order a number of items off the menu. We ordered breakfast in our room and it was great. Service provided by amit, arpita and aman was 1st class. Highly recommend this hotel for your next trip to mussoorie.
