Amazingly placed at Mall Road making it best accessible for landour, best restaurants, Mall Road, overall city. Hotel is pretty small, very small rooms for that price, food spread and quality is of a 3 star level. Staff is not trained for hospitality industry. Appears that they hire ppl based on de***d on daily basis. Hygiene is little compromised. Check in even at 3 15 pm was difficult for them. Location is the only but very important criteria when at a hill station.

The room was cozy and clean. The service was prompt and Mosaic is definitely a place to have a comfortable stay during a trip to Mussoorie. Sure to come back anytime possible. The loft was an instant hit for not only the kids but for the adults as well.

The rooms are clean and hygienic. Beautiful scenery from the rooms. Amazing service provided. Yummiest food served. I highly highly recommend everyone this Hotel to everyone. :) I had come for a business trip and also with my partner. Had one of the best trips here at Mussorie. A lot places to shop nearby too.

My stay in mosaic Hotels that was located in Mussoorie near Mall road wonderful property and the everything is very nice rooms are specious and the neet and Clean all amenities are fantastic I'll visit again planing to visit in summer. Thank mosaic

View from the room was great! 10/10 on cleanliness!! Heater in Room was working properly.. Tasty continental as well as Indian breakfast.. They also have Spa service available at the hotel and Temperature controlled swimming pools!! overall good experience!!

Excellent stay great location great food and special thanks to Mr pankaj Goswami (***ager) who gave us a very good gesture. He made us feel special. His hospitality is beyond words.They have very nominal rates for liquior in whole Mussoorie .

It is excellent and all services is very good। And communication skill is also very nice of all staff । And also there is very good support for lagguage resources। । There is very nice facilities for kids just like swmining pool and kids room। And the scenery location is near this hotel।

It was a wonderful stay in mosaic special thanks I would like to give miss Sakshi from front office she has a great hospitality her nature was very nice towards us God bless Sakshi we will see you soon again in mosaic now I would like to write about food and cleanliness of the hotel was awesome food was very delicious parking facilities was good we feel comfortable and good vibe I will prefer this hotel to my friends also one of the best hotel in ***soorie keep it up mosaic team
