Not value for money. No facilities.
It is a luxury 5 star hotel, so cleanliness and room was as expected in a 5-star hotel.
Location is little away from Gerome and other places. Not easy to commute if you don't have your own vehicle.
No buffet breakfast. Turkish breakfast for all days, no variety.
One weird thing we noticed first time in a 5-star, On top of the booking amount, they took 1000 lira as security deposit. They returned it on check-out, but this is ridiculous for a 5-star hotel. When I told the same to the person on reception, he commented like what type of hotels you have stayed so far. Did not like the attitude of the staff. 5 star hotel staff should not behavior like this.
Will definitely not recommend it to anybody.

This is really the best hotel in Cappadocia! The hotel is even more beautiful than shown on the pictures and (all!) employees are friendly and goodwill. Further, we loved the concept as every detail of the hotel is well thought off and the standard of hygiene is a 10/10. The breakfast very varied and delicious as all served was organic (self made and harvested) and all our wishes were always fulfilled with a smile on the face! We would like to thank the whole AJWA team
(especially Nur Hanim, Musa and Onur bey, Orhan and Mehmet Chef) an unforgettable time and will definitely come again!

酒店服務超級好，check out時還有禮物送，職員也很盡責，雖然我們並不是在過什麼節日，但餐廳也悉心地為我們準備了驚喜，食物質素在土耳其來說也不算差！超級推介

1000000分！工作人員超級好！！我們來玩凌晨一點到酒店，還有工作人員專門準備熱茶和甜點在等我們，白班的工作人員也都很友善！退房後還送了手信，兩個陶瓷的小碟子超級漂亮超級喜歡！！因為早上司機來接，太趕了沒來得及吃早餐還準備了小蛋糕讓我們帶着吃。第二天和第三天住了博物館酒店，相比之下這邊看着外觀沒有很洞穴，但是工作人員更有人情味，設施也更新一些。等到天氣暖和一點一定會再回來！

環境非常好，酒店很大服務很好．野奢的感覺，但是現在是淡季酒店衹有幾個客人，但是環境非常不錯價格也實惠，屬於土耳奇當地品牌酒店，很有土耳奇特色．送的乾果非常好吃，前台的果汁很美，所有食品都是無添加的．包括酒店的早餐非常捧

We came back with my family to Ajwa Cappadocia and stayed for 2 nights. This is indeed the best hotel not only inn Cappadocia but everywhere! And I have stayed in many luxury hotels. The hotel has great amenities, such as unique coffee museum, unique cave tea places with antique kitchenware surrounding you, an area with a rare horse and ponies, an aquarium and historic valley where you may see an old church and walk away from tourists and enjoy nature’s tranquility. The hotel makes you feel like home. Zeferan restaurant is a separate story. Its head chef is Ramil, nickname « Dadya Povar », he is simply the best chef, he cooks exceptional dishes and great Azerbaijani dishes (very rich cuisine) and he is a great person, always available and eager to help with any requests. He is the primary reason we keep coming back to the hotel because he makes you personally feel like home. He is really the best! If you come here, make sure to see him and say hello! The hotel has a great spa and massage service and hotel rooms are just great! The hotel is a rare combination of luxury and nature and with reasonable prices! Not those claim to be 5 star hotels which start charging you a fortune after some success! Enjoy your stay and hope this will help.
