My family and I stayed here 2 nights, and the rooms were spacious and were set up to get the best views of the river and abundant natural light. The outside shower was delightful and the clawfoot tub luxurious. I wish we had had time to take advantage of the spa, it would be the perfect place to enjoy a self-care day. We took advantage of a sunset boat cruise to Popa Falls and highly recommend it. They provided wine and snacks on a small island we were able to walk around directly in the falls. The falls are more of rapids than a true waterfall, but still beautiful! Nature all around, and really good food. The staff were attentive and kind. Each evening ended in a spectacular sunset over the Kavango River -- you even eat on the patio overlooking the river.

This was my favorite place in Southern Africa, and I wish we could have stayed longer. The grounds, the staff, the amazing rooms, the food…it’s all wonderful! I wish we had taken the time to have a spa trea**ent here. I’m sure it would have been on par with all the other awesomeness this place has to offer. We did take the boat cruise and saw lots of birds and hippos.

The place is very nice, staffs are all friendly. Hospitality is top notch 👌. I won a voucher last year so breakfast , and accommodation was for free. Tye service there is very nice, the maid are neat.

This place is the perfect place to relax, unwind and just get way from all the buzz of city life. My stay was outstanding. The staff were very attentive. Yvonne and Sylvanus are absolute gems. My advice to any one travelling to this area, travel with basic medication for emergencies because there is no pharmacy in case you feel unwell.

This place is Paradise. So breathtaking!!!. The best views ever. It brings soo much peace and tranquility. One of the best places I have seen by far. It has the best service too, classy, the staff are so kind but yet professional, all of them, from receiving our luggage to checking out. They also have room service before bed, amazing. They have bush spa too, have a massage by the river, beautiful. Beautiful big room, with a relaxing bathtub and outside shower. And their food (5course) is the most delicious. This place is out of this world. The pictures are not even doing enough justice to this place, it is a must see. Will definitely come back again and again and recommend 110%. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay.

It's worth every penny and experience. The natural splendor mixed with the gushing sound of popa falls, birds chipping n hippos in water. 👌🏽. The room views r to die for.the bathrooms r amazing Yoooh

Unfortunately, expectations were not met. I had to move to another room as the bungalow booked was not ready. The Lodge was almost empty on my arrival The room was not ready, and dirty, the aircon was broken, the cupboards full of dust, and out of 4 lamps in the room - 3 were dangerously defective. Almost all of the walls had to be cleaned, especially in the shower. The next morning I, the front desk, the cleaner crew, and maintenance went through the bungalow and 4 hours later the room was ready for a customer. Be aware, that singles are charged double for activities and there is no indication on their rate sheet or the in-room directive. The whole time one could not stop to wonder, where is the management? The location, and kitchen is top-notch, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hope to return one day, but only, if changes are made.

This was our favorite lodge out of the 6 we stayed at in Namibia. Great accommodation and views, great food and super friendly staff makes this a great lodge. The poor wifi reception should be embraced and not criticized because this is a place to relax. The spa is beautiful and the pool nice.The nearby game reserve Bwabwata game reserve is fantastic and you should visit both sides of the river so allow yourself enough time. The Mahango section is a marsh environment with many birds and animals. The Buffalo core area is where you will find buffalo and lion. You can self drive both but be sure to deflate your tires as there are sandy sections. My family’s only complaint was that we stayed for only two says and we could have easily stayed a third day.

Great stay at Divava Lodge. The lodge is stunning, such a wonderful place. The location itself is extraordinary, the room on the river is marvelous. The staff is helpful and the activities are nice. And the food is very good too. It's definitely a great stop on the caprivi / zambezi *****.
