The master bath wasnt clean and the towels looked as if they wasnt washed. Cobwebs in the corners. Other than that the bar was nice and the employees were friendly.

Our room really needs updating. It was not very clean, especially the floors. Like this property, it is just suffering from neglect.

The fridge had rust and the mattress cover was stained. They couldn’t find my makeup bag I left. The music is nice to listen from the beach. The beach is really wide. There are lots of amenities

I enjoy the stay it was some little things that can improve housekeeper was very rude. It was not 11 close to 11 it was about 10 and she was knocking and rushing is out of the room.

We stayed in room 620 the room was clean and couldn’t have been a more pleasant stay. We had a private balcony and the view was amazing. The room did have a few flaws as it needed a bit of updating. I wish the the outside music was available but I had booked during there off season and they wasn’t going to begin that til later on. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Over all we had an amazing week stay. Would definitely recommend it to anyone and will be staying again soon!

The lamp was broken, couldn’t get tv to work, and the room smelled. We didn’t complain cause we were just there to sleep! Room was clean and that’s what mattered
