Front desk host was nice and wished me a happy birthday which I loved. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable even the pull out bed in the living room. The bathroom was clean and the tub was nice. Shower gets great temperature. The TV’s work great and had good movies playing on the movie channels. Hooked up my Xbox and the WiFi was amazing. The balcony and view of the beach was breathtaking. The housekeepers are sweet and do a great job. All my valuables remained untouched so they are very trust worthy. Gave us plenty of towels, sheets and covers. I would stay here again for sure. Great price and beautiful beach view.

Was on second floor. Every time someone flushed a toilet could hear water in wall and a stong smell of sewage in bathroom.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! My boyfriend and I had booked a stay here for four nights. Unfortunately, after the first night, my boyfriend needed to be taken to the hospital. The staff at the Sandy Beach oceanfront resort was super accommodating and got me to the hospital with no stress and was so helpful! The kindness and hospitality that they showed me was bar none. Big thanks to Cody, Jackie and Hailee for being so wonderful! We are hoping to come back again soon, because we won’t stay anywhere else now! Stay at the Sandy Beach Oceanfront Resort, you won’t be disappointed!!!

The Ocean view from this property is amazing and price less . The building needs some TLC but everything else was great . Our room was clean , beds were comfortable . The kitchen had all the utensils and equipment you will need . The pools are clean and heated . Overall this building is quiet , secure , clean and walking distance to everything . We will definitely be back next year !!

This is my first time staying at Sandy Beach Resort & the hotel is a very nice & clean! The parking area is located across the street from the hotel & I did not like that at all!

Overall good stay the room was what we had expected or hoped, for with all the kitchen and laundry facilities. It was clean wonderful view of the ocean from our balcony. The pool and surrounding areas were very clean as well. Seem to be one of the better kept places in the area at a reasonable cost the elevators worked very well.

Hotel was in good condition. Minor wear and tear. Rooms were clean. Great that it had a functional kitchen. I wish the hotel had more flexibility under critical circumstances: such as cancelled flights. Allowing guest to pay for an extra day or extension & as courtesy waiving the resort fee since it's not a full days stay (and the see was paid for 4 days in a row) is a recommendation. Especially if it's off peak season. But things seems to be based on low staffing.
