Hotel riviera
felt excellent for a quick drop in for a night. I felt good / secure place. Polite staff, delicious light on stomach breakfast. Etc etc. The executive room which we stayed is small but not congested. It appeared / maintained that the property is fairly new or rather well maintained.

Hotel wrongly portrayed amenities. Lazy and unprofessional staff. Photos doesn’t match as shown in pictures. Wasted for a room worth not even 1000 rupees. Worst experience ever. We had planned a one day trip to mysuru, but it turned into such a bad experience. Hotel staff could have immediately resolved the issue, but they were busy hosting guests at the restaurant. There were no toiletries at all, no electric kettle and tea utilities, which i guess me being a frequent traveller, no that these are basic things that hotels offer at a price of per night plus taxes. Hotel’s italian restaurant served cold cappuccino, staff didn’t know how to operate the coffee machine. It took 50 minutes for a coffee to arrive. Entire one month’s planning went in vein.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff always ready to fulfill your requirements.cozy rooms not very spacious, but you get that feel good factor.bathrooms were clean a spacious with hot water availability even at night.
Breakfast is limited but filling for the day
Please note: check if you have breakfast included in your itinerary. I luckily had it mentioned in our itinerary. Because the hotel first said not mentioned in the list given by booking agent to them.
Overall a good and comfortable stay at Golden Riviera.

The hotel is at a decent place and the ambience of the hotel is excellent. The food is very nice. The rooms are comfortable and features are excellent. Highly recommend place for stay
