I'm currently staying at Mysore County Retreat and writing this review on my first day of a two-day stay. The room feels incredibly claustrophobic due to malfunctioned air conditioner, and the assistance from the hotel staff has been simply terrible. After multiple visits by the electrician, I was informed that the AC motor is malfunctioning, and this was after 4 hours of checking in. Although I've been relocated to a different room, the situation remains unchanged in this one as well. Overall, it's been a disappointing experience. While the room is tidy, there are no other positive aspects to highlight. I regret not opting for Grand Mercure instead, and I recommend that the hotel takes cues from its competitors.

No proper room service. Had called them for bath linen but they provided us after 45 mins. Even jain food tasted at the restaurant was very bad. No toiletries were provided. According to the star they must provide basic toiletries. Room service was very poor. The room carpet was very smelly. Will never recommend it to anyone.

We booked the hotel by seeing the reviews and videos but were completely disappointed. Location- The property is huge but poorly maintained. We had to wait for almost 40 min for checking in. Food- The dining area has very less staff ( We could see only 3) , the seats are torn in some places. The menu spread is ok but priced high. A simple veg cheese grilled sandwich cost us 524 Rs! During breakfast, the tables were not cleared of used plates and we had to ask them to clear a table for us. Rooms- The only good part is that the rooms are comfortable and quite clean. Though the bedsheets was torn and seemed to have been repaired. It shows the present condition of the management. ( poor) People- The staff needs to be trained for being customer friendly and more communicative. So book the hotel at your own risk. It takes minimum half an hour to reach sigh seeing places.

Great location beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff most friendly and helpful receptionist Specially Anshika Gurung and Saurav Yadav from west bengal, everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean,stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner I would like to thank to Sahil sharma was attentive and efficient, room itself was well.I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

It was overall a nice experience. Check in was fast . Checkout was smooth . Foods were really amazing. The most amazing thing was staff behaviour. All the staff were really kind and well trained. Ms. Amisha was there to help throughout the stay .

We are regular guest of this hotel. We had came at Pool area restuarant. It is always a good experience in this hotel. Staff are really helpful, Ms. Amisha and Neha were gave us a good service. We will definitely visit again and suggest everyone to visit this hotel who comes in mYsore

The hotel was not well maintained. The AC was barely working in the room and the restaurant. The bed linens and towels were evidently old as if not replaced for ages. Overall cleanliness was below average. On the plus side, the staff was courteous.

Stay was really comfortable. We have booked for 2 superior room but they upgraded us. It was a room with balcony . I had came with me parents so they provided us interconnecting room . They were really ready to help for each and everything . We met a girl name Amisha in reception ,she was really helpful throughout the stay . We really enjoyed our vancation

Generally the hotel was above expectations food were good fresh and on time, friendly staff,rooms were clean and unique comfortable bed with two choice of pillows, responsive room service,fast check out and check in,I found the reception staff very friendly specially Anshika & Amisha from west Bengal,It was an excellent stay,I thank manegement and staffs for their attentive, friendly,and outstanding service
