Good Touch Three Cot Room

1. The check-in process proceeded smoothly. 2. Despite reminders, water was not initially provided in the room. Upon request, a jar of water was delivered without accompanying glasses; eventually, I retrieved the glasses myself. 3. Essential toiletries such as towels and soap were not provided. 4. The most concerning incident occurred when I parked my rented bike in the basement. When faced with a steep road leading to the basement, I sought assistance from the receptionist. He offered to park the bike for me while I attended to other matters. However, upon returning within 5 minutes, I discovered my bike missing. The receptionist had entrusted the keys to his acquaintance, leading to an hour of distress and uncertainty. Despite numerous attempts to retrieve the bike, there was no apology or acknowledgment from the ***agement or owner. Resorting to Airbnb customer service, I expressed my concerns about the safety of my belongings, as such actions indicated a breach of trust and security.

This apar**ent is not as advertised In the gallery pictures which are obviously out of date. Firstly the location is very good which is why we chose it and based on reviews which we now realise are not recent. Prices are reasonable for a city like Mysore. 1. Bathroom was filthy! The bedroom was very dusty on arrival. 2 the young staff member who showed us to the room asked if it was ok but was not interested in any response. He actually asked us for money ‘for his lunch’ and requested more then was offered. Room was on the ground floor and no effort for him to show us in so even a tip was stretching it. He ***ned reception in daytime and again the next day asked for lunch money! After this refusal, he never as much as looked up from his phone when we passed through. 3. Bedroom is a good size and so is the bed. Window sills are filthy. Windows are barred and nothing pleasant about the view. 3. Staff sleep in the kitchen area upstairs. There’s no attempt at keeping it clean which is a pity as area is large and there are tables. The fridge was dirty with a lot of liquid - juice I think - spilled at the bottom drawer and all around it. Obviously it’s never cleaned. There is filtered water available. 4. So-called owner or ***ager is large gruff non-pleasant individual. Again no idea how to treat clients. It’s purely money-making with no regard for people. Staff members ***ning reception sleep in the benches there and in the office. 5. The ***ager refused a late check out and charged us full overnight room price though the room was not booked. For all of the above reasons and more, I would not recommend these apar**ents. The only advantage is the area around with lovely restaurants. There seemed to be other nice places to stay around there.

Service is good. Specially mentioned actuhrao and swarna and sudheer and excellent service. Thanku for coming once agin.food is very tasty 😋awesome 👏 tnq for every one support the tulips team. Music is awesome.......
