Place best avoided. Facilities are not good. Amenities not at all maintained. Food quality is very average. Very crowded place. Room is full of flies, insects and lizards. Water is not clean for water sports. Water sports equipment are not good, aged and not at all maintained well.

We went on a weekday with my extended family. From the time we parked the car till we left the resort ( by a boat), we had an amazing experience with some top class 5 star service. Snacks in a cruise, rain dance, breakfast on a boat and the location of lunch was all amazing. The only feedback is the rooms and the games are getting old and needs to be refreshed

Staff is extremely not service oriented except one person (don't remember his name), no one even offered a welcome drink part of the package. No one basically there to make the visit pleasant. Irrespective of spending so much money for a big group there, no body really bothers to suggest what/how the time can be spend over there. There are some tyres hanging here and there, a volley ball court, some other open courts, lunch and evening tea in Cauvery, that is all for 250Km drive. Even for arranging a boat ride after paying additional money, we need to request them so many times and the driver ask for additional money on top. Spending time in Cubbon park in Bangalore has more facility than this place. Two star as the place is next to Cauvery.

We were a group of about 40 members of different age group. Every member of our group enjoyed our day package program. There are a couple of out-door games to be enjoyed, apart from the pedal boat riding. Lunch was exceptionally good with a wide spread of both veg and non veg items. (more of veg items) Polite and courteous staff serving food with a smiling face. Very good ambience and well maintained property. Evening cruise with live kitchen and live music was the high-light of the package. What I found as negative remarks were inadequate number of well maintained and clean wash rooms. They need to provide more clean wash rooms. Also there are no dress changing cubicles provided to use after enjoying the rain dance. Hope these aspects will also be taken care by the management to give one hundred percent satisfaction to the guests of this Resort.
