Hotele niedaleko Surugadaira Natural Park, Nagaizumi

This hotel is right next to the Mishima train station for both regular JR trains and Shinkansen trains on Tokyo-Osaka line. One can walk in without even cross the road. Access if from the first floor (ground) and the reception is in the second floor. There is a small shopping area in the ground floor. Rooms are of good size with separate seating area. Beds are comfortable and have all facilities expected in a first class hotel. More importantly the toilet and bathroom are in sperate enclosures. If one gets the station side rooms, one could see Mt Fuji in all its glory. Breakfast is good with a choice of Japanese and western dishes; and staff is quite helpful. The only issue is that noise insulation could be little better; it is certainly not comparable to what we found in a hotel situated next to a busy train track.

In the shopping street with many restaurants. The location is the best. Close to the station. The staff is also very friendly and beautiful. However, only the parking lot is a little troublesome. You must stop at the parking lot of commercial facilities near the station. It is a short walk, but you must go around if you are a car. So if you have a lot of luggage, it would be better to drop your luggage in front of the hotel once. The location of the parking lot is located next to the hotel elevator, so let's get it and stop.

I suddenly decided to go to Numazu and made a reservation on the night of the day of my stay. I was confused because the entrance was a little difficult to understand, but the front desk was simple and clean and very beautiful. The room feels like an ordinary hotel, but the bath is amazing! I imagined a unit bath in an ordinary hotel, but the unit bath here is wide without a feeling of oppression, and it is partly wood grain and the design is nice. I thought it was a hotel made by Daiwa House. The price is not high, so I will definitely use it again next time I go to Numazu. The bath was a high score anyway. By the way, there is a corner with a microwave oven and vending machine on the top floor. There is a 7-Eleven diagonally opposite the hotel, so you don't have to worry if you're hungry in the middle of the night! The station is close, and the parking lot (1 day 1000 yen) is also available, so the convenience is excellent.

Our room was a moderate twin room on 3/F (facing the podium car park which means no view). The room design was good - overall the room size was small (even in tokyo standard - not any bigger) bathroom was even smaller but still provides the essentials that you need. The hotel is more a business hotel which offers everything that you need (free yakult, ice bars, hot coffee, chocolate, ramen, comics corner, and more), hotspring and footbath. Everything you can name, just go and get them/ experience yourself. I appreciated the fact that the hotel has tried to put everything together in a compact space. There are 3 areas for free car parking, each of which is not big - the nearest car park 1 adjacent to the hotel is always full after 6pm. However, there is still no need to panic as another parking area 2 is just nearby (like 2 min walk). Breakfast was just okay - mostly Japanese with limited western choice. Last entry for breakfast is 9am which is very early, making the restaurant always packed during 8-9am. For the 3 nights spent there, our family of 3 had to sit on bar table for 2 days and queue outside to wait for a table (10 mins) on the last check-out day. The waiting was not a very pleasant experience afterall. During the Christmas holiday, the restaurant has also reached its max capacity and life would have been easier for staff and guests if they could extend the breakfast hours till later like other hotels at 10:30am. We will want to try other hotels in Gotemba next time.

We met 2 staff at restaurant there that were not cheerful and giving us a poker face! They even urge us to finish our breakfast when we just started for 15 mins, saying that just 15 more mins were allowed. The female staff standing at the front desk of restaurant looks like she was suffering and unhappy about her job, without any reasons, we have no clue why she acted that way. The food provided in both dinner and breakfast buffet are just so so and not much to choose from. The view from the room is excellent as the location itself is in front of the lake, the room is spacious and clean! However, with such service, I will not come back and not recommended to others, there are more options in Hakone in similar price.

Free parking, suitable for travelers with self-driving cars, breakfast is average. There is still some distance from Mount Fuji. The room does not face Mount Fuji. The hotel does not seem to provide a top floor for guests to view? There are public baths for bathing.

Good son’s house! What a sacred place this is to Water 7! Recommended for Shuishui people to add to collection! You can clearly see the sea from the room! See the sunset! Saw Mount Fuji! You can also see the Onari Bridge on the Kano River nearby, a very beautiful bridge at night! In the southeast corner of the hotel is the shrine where Riko and Lailapus held a friendly meeting. In the lobby on the second floor of the hotel, at a corner, there is a pain room specially prepared for Shanzi! There are many commemorative photo albums of good sons in it! And Aikyan’s signature! Super awesome! 1,000,000 points!

No TV, no drinks such as coffee, and cleaning is only on Mondays for consecutive nights. The towels and amenities in the room are thoroughly cost-cut when they are in front of the elevator. Ideal for people who only sleep at work. Breakfast changes daily with bread, but it may be difficult to stay consecutive nights because it doesn't change almost. The cooler is independent for each room, so you can make it your favorite temperature, there are outlets on the bedside and USB Type-A outlets. The front desk is small, so check-in and out seem to be crowded. The best response is to have time.

We stayed at the new hotel ”ribmax Numazu station” opened in September 2018. Good location 2 minutes walk from the south exit of Numazu Station (^ O ^) There is a station in front of the station, and there is no trouble with restaurants, and there are convenience stores next to several cases!
