I stayed there for 5 days in march 2024. The property is in the centre of the town, all main shops and restaurants are around 1 km. We can auto in front of the gate. The location is excellent. Food is good, all south indian idli, dosa vada. Can enjoy. But expected a little more like aapam, puttu type. Any way not bad. Staffs are so polite and good. Rooms are spacious and clean. I personally did not find any problem while staying there.

I stayed with my mother for 2 nights on a short trip to kanyakumari and the room was excellent the food was too good the front office staff were very polite and friendly. Loved the place. I recommend to all who visit nagercoil, must stay at pioneer grand palace. Its a brilliant property

Stay was pleasant. Room had to cleaned after informing. What i have noticed is when rooms are booked, the sheets are not clean, facilities mentioned are missing even though number of people in room is informed in prior. I didn't take the images.

Worst front desk 12 pm hours check out is banned by hon high court of tn. In busy times, it is still logically acceptable i checked in by 8 am and after refreshing, planned to vacate
but from time of check in and periodically front desk people asking about time of check out is totally unacceptable

We had been to Pioneer during the last week of December. The hotel is centrally located, rooms were spacious and neat, staff were courteous. Food was good. Breakfast buffet was limited but tasty. Room service was also prompt. This hotel is about 20km from Kanyakumari. It is cheaper than most hotels in Kanyakumari so in case you want to visit Kanyakumari, this place is a good choice for stay.
