Everything is just right, the price, location,spacious room and bfast is amazing (except lontong sayur. .lontong is good..but the soup..too salty n too much water...pls fix it ^^ ( should be curious when the qty is still a lot whilst the other menus r kept being refills ), cleanliness 👍however the access card is killing..ONLY ONE, we travelled as family.. so when one of us was out of room at night or breakfast whatever..one of us has to standby.. couldn't sleep at time, and rush our time in bathroom or toilet to open the door for our fam member. Not efficient at all.. eventhough I was willing to put deposit for additional card, the front desk rejected bcos of d house rule.

Good hotel with very clean room and comfortable bed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread is much better than expected. The hotel is surrounded by eateries so you will be spoilt for food. Best of all it is just walking distance from Cimuka, a shop specialising in facial services, which is always the highlight and first stop(wonderful facial)of my Batam trips.

Location is great! Room is clean and advance with Google Nest! Buffet breakfast is good with a variety on level 18. Happy to stay here for our two days trip in Batam.

Pros Good location with many varieties of food around the hotel. Room and hotel is clean. Service is good. Cons Corridor music is on the louder side, started quite early affecting our sleep.

Great new hotel. Lovely and pleasant service by staff including front desk, housekeeping and breakfast restaurant. Only issue is the only 2 lifts servicing 210 rooms 18 floors. Can be challenging during morning checkout with guests proceeding for breakfast.

I have booked 2 rooms and the check-in time is 3pm, but only manage to get 1 room by 3pm, but the other room by 5pm. The room found big leak from aircon and heater is not working the next day. I try to get help from reception immediately, but nobody turn out. So I had no choice to look for cleaner whose doing cleaning at the same floor. And the problem only fixed after 3 hours repair. Feel really disappointed on this recommended hotel from trip.com.
