it was pathetic. firstly, the room where the booking was made is not available - on reaching there and calling on the number given - the gentleman told that he is not aware how the booking happened.
he has informed that the booking can be transferred to another hotel of his which is 7 km away from the booked hotel. the point of booking is it is near to airport - which is lost
even the hotel offered is pathetic, doesn't even have the basic amenities - as i made my booking which is non refundable, i forced myself to stay for a night. the highest tariff is only ₹ gst whereas i have paid
it is very sad not even performed the checking of minimum basic requirements, b
miserable failure
the experience is worst than pathetic.
