I visited The Royal Heritage for the second time, and my experience was just as remarkable as last year. The rooms are wonderful, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is extremely cooperative and helpful, always ready to assist. I would especially like to commend Mr. Chanderesh, who goes above and beyond to help. The food, rooms, and buffet with music are all exceptional. For me, this will always be the place to stay whenever I visit Nainital.

Royal Heritage....a home away from home...this sentence comes to my mind when I visit this place of accomodation in Nanital. Without even a single apprehension in my mind I book my stay here, because I know we shall be looked after with care and warmth. The spacious rooms, supremely clean washrooms, scenic beautiful surroundings and above all the wonderful staff. It is just on a call that we coordinate with Chandresh , who is doing a wonderful job in managing the proceedings in the hotel, and he is there to help you out with everything. The warmth and belongingness he has for all his visitors make him one of the reasons for people choosing the site. Also the cost which appears high is actually a settled one because the complementary breakfast and dinner are a treat to the taste buds...which if we have from outside would cost us not less than 3000/-. Proper hygiene is maintained in preparing and displaying the eats. The hotel has a big parking area, and in times of rush when we are stopped in the border of the place , if you show them you are making it to Royal Heritage they don't stop you. Would recommend everyone to atleast try this place of stay once , because I know then it would become your preference. Vandana Trivedi

One of the Bestest service I could have ever felt through. Highly Recommended hotel in nainital as it is nearest to lake and its speciality is its heritage property also available with parking space. So well deserved staff and Special thanks to manager Chandresh Singh Bist who really made our stay so comfortable in all the manner. Food was really awesome and with lots of variety and yes highly recommend for children as they so nicely and friendly helped us with our baby food so that our child is not left hungry. Worth a Visit and beautiful hotel to visit and yes we are surely coming back to enjoy soon

Property is good location is good but the best part is service hotel is kids friendly. Hotel has no bar service but you can bring outside liquor. Restaurant service and staff is really humble special gopalji and Pankaj Kohli they were in toes to serve us with Jain food .

The royal heritage is an excellent hotel for staying especially with family....superb food and best part was Jain food....superb taste and great hospitality by the staff especially Mr Pankaj Kohli and Gopal Bhai.....the ambience is also very good....live music .

Stay in the hotel was quite memorable. Overall ambience of the property was too good. Food variety and quality is awesome. Loved their hospitality. Check-in/out was hassle free. Mr.Chandresh singh was very co-operative. Overall is Very nice Hotel for comfortable stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
