Hotel facility are excellent. Staff are good in nature and helpful thank you hotel staff making our trip wonderful.

The rooms were not clean and the bedsheet was torn in one of our rooms. The almirah in the room was falling since the screws were not there. The jet in our bathroom was not working properly it was leaking and the water was oozing out from behind.

The room was nice and clean and chic. Total value for money. We stayed here for night on the trip up to jalna. The staff was nice and courteous.

The rooms are a bit small but very clean. This hotel is located at a residential colony but close to haldwani bus stand.

Overall good. The room was neat & clean. I suggested them they should provide a floor mat outside the washroom. Location was peaceful. Not far from nainital road.
