The stay was nice, the property is at a very good location. The scenery from the room is also very nice. The only one rohoem was that the wi-fi wasn’t working in the room

I stayed ***** with my family for 3 nights at this hotel. The stay was great. Location of hotel is awesome between valley. The approach road is little off beat. Food quality was also great. Would recommend this to all. Special mention to their staff vishal, t&g for their excellent hospitality.

It was not properly cleaned
bed linen, curtains, chairs were dirty
mattress was very much uncomfortable
there were bugs, spiders, insects behind carper, rugs everywhere

Undoubtedly property is well maintained and location is good, the only drawback is the management of manpower and services, staffs are very friendly but they are not properly trained and it’s creating mess in their services, qty of food is good but they need to work on quality, overall it’s a above average experience but i cannot give good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the enchanting hotel in mukteshwar and it was an experience to remember. Nestled amid-st the breathtaking himalayan landscape, the hotel offers a serene and tranquil atmosphere that is perfect for those seeking a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The location of the hotel is truly its highlight. Surrounded by lush greenery and offering panoramic views of the snow-capped mountains. The hotel’s staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay.
