Highly untrained staff. We stayed here for 2 days and had a terrible experience. Their waiters , ***ager are very rude. They have water shortage problem ( we checked out the resort with out taking bath as we had return) They promised us for breakfast after our early morning safari but later refused and after some hot discussions served us cold breakfast like a favor to us. They don’t have any staff around pool area so if you need pool towels you need to go reception only . Our driver was provided with stale food from hotel staff. Would never recommend this pathetic resort to anybody..

calm and composed ambiance. Away from the hustle and bustle of town. The location is highly approachable. Food quality Good , experienced and courteous staff. Rooms are well maintained and service quality is fast and on time. Clean and well-maintained pool and gardens with ample space for games, party and fun.

worst ever experience. pathetis resort. highly untrained staff. rooms were untidy, room service was very bad . quality of linen was of very poor quality. will never recommend to anybody. total waste of money

Winsome resort is best Resort in Jim Corbett..... Specially food is very delicious... beautiful location ambiance.....staff is very polite and respectful behaviour.... Really appreciable to team winsome....we definitely recommend it .....

Amazing ambience Team is very good and always supporting us Value for money Good is to good Breakfast is amazing 10 to 12 Dishes Children playground is too good and great experience with winsome hotel Next time , if I am going at Jim Corbett , definitely , my first choice is the winsome Hotel

Food is great, outdoor activities and pool, high tea and view from rooms are awesome. We enjoyed the singing perfor***ce in evening set in the garden area, holika ***an and Holi celebrations with fruits, gunjiya, gol gappe, panir tikkas. Thanks
