The hotel gives the vibes of British dream . All rooms clean and neat and really beautiful with good amount of space. Regularly cleaned. The staff was really helpful and continuously ask if something is needed and assured u get great experience with no stress .Mr.Balam from the restaurant was really friendly and gave keen attention personally for any service required . We wanted to go to Cheena peak , an impromptu decision and one of the cleaning staff helped us to arrange the travel and other things instantly within half an hour. Overall other services such as game room , garden , terrace and the view was just cherry on top. Perfect place to go to ....

The room was decent and ok. The food service was done by Mr.Balam which was excellent.The food served by them can be eaten by 3-4 people. The morning buffet was very good. Kudos to Mr.Balam 👏👏👏. The room furniture can be developed much more. The restroom can be furnished more. The white tiles in the restroom made the foot stamps. The room had some noises in the midnight which was very disturbing. The restroom and room can be developed much more and more. Overall, it is a decent stay.

the location is very prime and well connected to mall road if in case you like to hangout at night time ....rooms was very elegent and clean with good amenities provided(when asked).... reception staff was little rude when tried to bargain in rack rate and when called for some extra water ..... houskeeping stafff and service staff was very professional and was always helpful..

Dear Hotel pavilion, There are a couple of issues I would like to bring to your attention for improvement.Firstly, during my stay, I encountered an inconvenience regarding the availability of toilet paper in my room. Despite requesting it three times, it was not provided till checkout, which caused some inconvenience. I believe ensuring the availability of essential amenities like toilet paper is crucial for guest satisfaction and comfort.Secondly, I found there was confusion regarding the menu items. i was order "lacha paratha" but they searve to me a "naan" Specifically, there was no clear distinction between "lacha paratha" and a simple "naan" on the menu. I have suggestion please improve room service and facility. Regards Kaushal Rajput

I visited this hotel with my family on 8 th feb 2024 located in the heart of nainital besides the high court location is amazing, ambience is excellent, i m amazed how they treat me and my family excellent job by each and every member of hotel specially the way treated by mr balam kumar thanks a lot i will recommend this to every one please visit

Very good hotel. Hotel gives you how owner loves the birds. Staff is very humble and supportive. Location is little far from mall road. I asked them to keep some vehicle to pick and drop to mall road. I enjoyed 3 nights with family. Kids love the games room.

My daughter has booked standard room in this hotel at the cost of Rs. 3862 INR per night. Hotel has taken 18% GST on food instead of 5%. The rule is 18% GST is applicable only if the room rent is more than 7500 INR. When I enquire about this ambiguity, receptionist has no idea about this.

This place is overpriced for the amenities, or should I say lack of amenities. The rooms we got where of different sizes, tucked away at the end of a corridor on the ground floor with no views at all or a balcony. They rooms were clean but one was small and other big though we paid the same rate for two standard rooms. The amenities are basic, a wardrobe and basic toiletries. One room had a coffee maker the other was missing the kettle. The bathrooms are clean but don’t have hot water all the time. So if it’s middle of the day, you will need to wait for the hot water to start as the water is freezing cold here. The Wi-Fi shows up but does not work. The hotel seems to have good rooms but it’s also a game of luck. I saw at least two other guests who asked for a change of room. Remember, you are paying around Rs 4000 for a room here a night. That’s almost what you pay for a star hotel in a metro city. The one good aspect here is the good food and friendly staff. However, I could not help but notice how the waiters hung around the main galley of the hotel, the only place with good mobile connectivity. This is not what I expected, certainly not for the money. Also, it’s a distance from the centre of the town and the restaurants so you will need climb uphill to get back which is not easy. Disappointed.

It was a nice stay but initially they did not give us a nice room, later they shifted us to a better room after a complaint. They charged us for one more person,where as when I booked through you,I mentioned for three adults.
