Gajraj Trails Resort

We stayed for a night in Gajraj Trails Resort 6th Night as company outing. I lost by gold ring in swimming pool requested to staff to help to find it no one help and ignored me as it was evening time other guest was coming for swimming so i think why disturb everyone will check tomorrow when no one in pool. We went 6:30 am in morning to check pool with other my colleague and check but not found ask to staff members but again they did not try to help. When we was coming back and I give my number on reception and taken card from manager they ensure me that will take out all water and find it out and give me call. I called manager Deepak Bhandari for update after 2 days and he dated that lots of guest here so can’t do it today but will get it done tomorrow and give me a call but no one called me. I called him many times past 3 days he didn’t pick my call. Today again called him and got update that they clean the water and not seen anything. Now I understand that they don’t care customer valuable and even not try to find it out. I never saw such unprofessional Manager/Staff in my experience. They don’t have any intention for customer service. I suggest do not try Gajraj Trails Resort and waste your money.

Resort is little far from market but the property is amazing. They also serve good food and the service is amazing. They have big parking space and the property is just a stone throw away from Dhela and Jhirna gates of Jim Corbett Park. Mukesh Pant from front office had continuously made follow up and guided me till I reached the Resort.

A special type of getting out in nature! Having arrived a few days earlier from Seattle - We were privileged to see a wild elephant roaming within less than a mile of the resort. For our family, all sorts of provisions were made to make our visit special and memorable. Incredible food, bespoke barbecues for our party and Indian style breakfast buffet every morning. Our vacation was an adventure vacation of sorts. Wildlife Safari’s, Trips to the mountains and lots of sightseeing. What is most memorable was outside of this, on the days we decided to chill, it was so nice to sit at the pool, play badminton and just relax in the friendly atmosphere. As a foreign national - I felt that the Resort registration process was very professional and the staff had my back. (Foreign Nationals must submit their visa credentials and register with a government appointed guide when going on Safari in certain locations.) This was all coordinated on our behalf by the staff - Our actual guide was an incredible source of knowledge also.

It is a must visit resort. Everything good and sorted. Friendly and helpful staff. Green and clean environment. One can visit here with friends, family and kids. Swimming as well as different games like carron, table tennis etc is inside the property. Location is easy to locate.

It was an excellent experience there in Gajraj Trail Resort in Jim Corbett, UK, for two nights stay (28th Sept to 30th Sept 23) with my wife. I have the membership of Hilton International Ltd. group and so thanks to Mr. Arnav of Hilton International Ltd. group, who not only supported even help a lot to stay in this beautiful Gajraj Trail Resort. The Manager with his staff in Resort is really very much supportive and well behaved. The food was very delicious. This 4 star rating Resort have very neat and clean 26 rooms and huts with excellent ambiance inside and equipped with all facilities There are also two very neat, clean and attractive swimming pools. The bigger swimming pool is open to all for bathing and swimming is allowed during day time. This resort is very much worth place for destination wedding as more rooms 18 are also available in adjacent resort with same ownership. Hence in all 44 rooms are available for about 150-160 members of both bride and groom families can be accommodated to celebrate all functions including marriage with awesome decoration and food. However the entrance of this resort is from back side instead of front side which create confusion for new tourists like us while entering and have also the risk of wild animals during odd hours and the road on the back side of resort is also not good, up to some distance. I strongly recommend to stay in this beautiful Resort in Dhela village of Jim Corbett National park. However please do visit between the period starting from 15th Oct to 15th Feb as access to all gates remain open in Jim Corbett so the chances to see the wild animals specially Tiger will be more. Online registration is must before coming to explore adventure in Jim Corbett.

It was a good experience. I stayed with my wife for two days. The location is near to dhela gate and is very peaceful. The staff was cooperative. The road to the resort is a bit narrow but resort is beautiful. The pool is good and there is no need for proper costume for swimming. We enjoyed our stay.

Friendly and helpful staff, food is also amazing, Amazing view , sports and pool for relaxation, swings for kids are available , nice ambience, near to the dhela gate , dj during night. Must recommend place.
