Everything about this hotel is Excellent apart from the road that need to be tarred. Christy, Sinthia, and the other staff are very accommodating, if I have any reason to go to Kenya I will definitely lodge there again.

Really nice staff but the location is not that good with a terrible road to get there. The ved was very worn and you could here everything going on in the rest of the house. This is more like a homestay then a hotel.

The property was a large house in good condition. The staff were friendly and it was clean. Unfortunately it's position, although close to the airport was only reachable along an unmade road. It was not possible to walk anywhere easily

TRANSPORTATION WAS HARD AS THE ROAD IS VERY BAD. They couldn't even recognize me and wanted to charge me until I threatened to pull out the email showing I had paid. The attendant tried to give me a single bed when I had paid for A Double bed.

This was my thrid time staying at Palms, I have always felt welcomed upon arrival at the airport with a pick up and transfer to the Guesthouse.
The property is very clean, staff is eager to assist in making your stay comfortable. They offer a wonderful breakfast and dinner should you wish to have it there.
I always arrive late at night. My bags are taken to my room where there is a bottle of water and I am brought a nice warm tea to help me relax and get sleep to be ready for my next day.

During my recent stay at this wonderful accommodation my partner and I were welcomed and treated exceptionally well. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Nairobi Kenya
