My stay at the Trademark Hotel was wonderful. The location is fantastic and the staff was welcoming and helpful.

Really enjoyed my working stay at the hotel. Really friendly helpful staff, breakfast and evening meal was ideal and there was a brilliant gym within the complex.
Comfortable clean hotel room. I would highly recommend it.

I always love staying at this hotel. It’s very modern, clean, and connected to the Village Market Mall with dozens of eateries and shops. The staff are friendly and helpful, and on my most recent visit I used the airport shuttle which was great.

This is a great Marriott property attached to a very well maintained shopping mall with tons of dining options. We were told nairobi is otherwise unsafe for tourists so it was great to have the option of the mall next door to help stretch our legs after the long flight. Staff was all great and rooms clean and modern!

Great option in the area! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. There is a wonderful restaurant and bar in the hotel as well as a gorgeous rooftop pool.

The property was placed within the Village Market mall, which made it very convenient to shop and find dining options.

I was given a room towards the noisy mall which was not really expected. Apart from this the hotel is spot on with regards to location. During checkout I forgot my credit card holder at the counter. The lady who attended my checkout was very service minded and called me immediately. Many thanks for calling me lady, sorry I forgot your good name. Keep up the good work. Asante sana.

I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet and friendliness of staff. However, the rooms were very bare without decorations and ambiance.
