The hotel location is nice since it's closer to town, the food was nice but it was cold and had to request it to be warmed which took 10 min to be warmed. Waiters took over an hour to take our order and we had to physically look for them to serve us. Cleanliness was an issue since the tables and sitting areas were dirty and a bottle we found thrown down was still there 2hours of our stay with no one bothering to pick it up.

I had the opportunity to visit hotel boulevard and I must say it was worth my visit , the ambience mostly the garden side , the food ,the rooms were very neat the staff were very nice and charming, the hotel is very quiet and private also nice for outdoor events ,perfect place to enjoy yourself, I highly recommend this hotel

Hotel boulevard is a hidden gem for sure , everything about the place is beautiful and classy, the staff are very professional ,keen to help ,friendly and ready to help ,the food was very tasty ,the ambience was very nice ,we had the opportunity to be shown around by the guest relations manager mercy ,we saw the rooms were very neat , conference rooms are okay but for a small group .we loved this hotel , we will definitely come back

The hotel is convenient from and to the airport Nairobi national park,the giraffe centre, museum the room was spotless, perfectly maintained and very quiet.breakfast was good and quick service.the service there was excellent,

Hotel is always the place to stay when in Nairobi, lovely staff,perfect rooms ,nice beds ,good WiFi and near the city.the garden is amazingly beautiful the ambiance is top notch ,the food is delicious. Thank you again for the hospitality. I enjoyed

The room is comfortable and nice. Spacious and has a nice view. Through the windows, you can see a running stream of water and a nice garden. No mosquitos here. But Breakfast is miserable. Staff are nice. Thanks to Eznah for the nice approach to service.

I had a very great experience at hotel Boulevard. I would definitely recommend my friends. A very polite, warm and interactive team especially the guest relationship officer Mercy. Scrumptious food and drinks not forgetting the beautiful a**osphere. It was just amazing

I've enjoyed the few days I've been coming to boukevard hotel . The food has been amazing kudos to the chef and the services are great as well. The staff are very kind and helpful special appreciation to Mercy the GRO ,the rooms were very clean ,thumbs up for the housekeeping team you are really doing an amazing job . People should know that hotel boulevard is the place to be
