A great value hotel in Nairobi CBD. We enjoyed our stay and had a good meal in the restaurant in the evening and coffee in the coffee shop in the morning. Enjoyed the steam room after a day of sight seeing

This was a horrible experience. We were shown 2 rooms, our friend also 2 rooms. None were remotely acceptable. Not sure where the pictures and reviews came from, but not our experience. We had no hot water in our shower or sink, no AC, the carpet was filthy and wet, like a big dirty sponge. The rooms were noisy and no hope of opening a window as too noisy. This was a grim creepy place. The staff were trying to help, but this couldn't be fixed. Edwin at the reception desk was helpful and seemed to care, but when we met with Stephen, the General Manager, we were met with near silence. He couldn't have cared less. None of us was allowed a refund of any kind, but it was so bad we didn't at that point care, we just wanted out! If I could give zero stars I would.

STAY AWAY. This hotel is a fleabag. I am a travel agent and booked this hotel for clients for one night and myself for two nights. After each changing rooms 1x, with the 2nd room being as bad or worse than the first, we left and checked in elsewhere. Upon speaking to some business contacts in Nairobi, they shared that is typical- most people check in and out within an hour. In a nutshell, the rooms were filthy. The carpet was stained and wet in some areas. The furniture was pealing and/or missing the laminate. There was no air conditioning and the windows either wouldn't open (no screens) or if open, the street noise and exhaust was overwhelming (this in just the hour we were there!). The bathroom was worse. Cracked tiles, dirty, some mold, and if there was a shower (not all rooms had one which was not disclosed) the "shower" was a blue bucket attached to the ceiling with perforated holes. The guy at the front desk was the only good thing about the place. He was quite apologetic and asked that we wait to speak with the GM. The GM thought it was quite amusing- smirking as he spoke with us, and was unwilling to do anything for us regarding a refund. We have since recommended that ******* and all Credit Card travel programs remove this hotel from their listings- as well as advised my East Africa travel group to never recommend. They seemed to be doing some renovations (which they also didn't disclose)- removing the carpeting and putting in tile. However, in addition to all above, the room I was given had two rooms (one across hall and one next door) being renovated with the noise of that occurring as well as chemical and paint odors also permeating the hall. AGAIN. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Wasn’t as good as expected, not for the price we paid. Noisy! The hotel has a bar, which was more noisy than the streets, where cars run 24 hours.

I loved this place. Rooms were nice and well worh the money. The restaurant food is delicious. I only ate there for dinner. Last but not least, the staff were the best. They were always looking to help and went above and beyond to be of service to me.

Breakfast costs 1500 Shillings but oddly lunch is cheaper. A lot of what was on offer at breakfast appeared in my lunch - check out my photos. Nice first floor balcony for people watching. Intermittent WiFi. Toilets not too bad if you feel the need!

Everything is just perfect with great customer service staff. Great experience. Clean rooms, good and fresh food, friendly front office team. The location is also very convenient and safe even for Travellers.

Fantastic It's a very serene and comfortable environment. The staff are very friendly and supportive. The food is awesome. We'll definitely come back. I recommend this hotel to anyone. You'll definitely love it! Silent place to be so cool. Wonder breakfast. Cleaningness top notch. Make a visit and enjoy
